First Time Anavar Questions

After much research I am considering trying Anavar (var)

Need your opinion of dosage, when to do it etc.


Age:18
Height: 6ft
Weight: 190lb
Body type: Athletic
Gym experience: about 3 years
(let me know if you need to know anything else)

1.)I play football (running back)so i want to know when the optimal time to take it is. (during the season, before the season, etc.)

2. What kind of gains am i looking at? (around how much will my bench, squat, and deadlift go up) (i know its different for everyone but around)

3. Will my sprinting speed get any faster?

4. Should i do a pct, and if so how?

5. How long should my cycle be and of what mg per day?

6. When will its effects be ecompletely gone?

7. My guy told me that it is liquid anavar in a alcohol suspension. Anyone ever heard of this? is it legit?

Basically you are wasting your time. Don't rush into things. Your endocrine system is not ready for gear at your age and you really don't want to mess that up.

Your age makes it difficult for us to give advice with good conscious. The only good advice we can give u is to stay away from gear. Simple as that
 
You need to understand the advise given to stay away is for you benefit. If you want help to get where you want to be, without AAS, have a liitle respect and you will get help.
 
I understand that I should not do it at my age but I'm at a point where I need this extra edge ... from what I've read 20- 30 mg of anavar a day isn't gonna kill me... I just wanted help from people who are experienced people... I'm going to do it anyway sorry guys... if you could answer these questions it could be the differnece between me doing damage to my body and doing it proper... let me know what's up
 
30mg ed would be the minimum dosage...


get in the diet section and get your diet checked out... all the gear in the world wont make you grow without a proper diet.. its 80% diet 15% training 5% gear.. dont forget that..

shit u might even wanna think about becoming a client of mine.. ill set u up with everything u need.. that's where the real edge comes from

or a protien shake if im on the run

lunch: tuna sandwhich or chicken sandwhich

mid day: 1/4 cup almonds

dinner: steak, black beans, brown rice

before bed: pbj and milk on whole what bread

and i drink about 4 water bottles a day

You can take it during or before it doesnt matter. its going to take about a week to start seeing any benefits

im 19 and powerlift for a d1 college so my workouts are pretty intense but they r also just for strength. right now im 3 and half weeks into it and bench +40 pounds squat+50 deadlift +20

some things ive read says it helps with cardio but im not real sure because i dont do any sort of cardio at all
4. Should i do a pct, and if so how?
its really up to you. ive seen where some do and some dont. im going to run nolva just to be safe

6 weeks max you can run 40 mg split twice a day. 20mg in the am and 20mg 8 hours later

i hope this helps bro. im young to but like 3j says you need to go to his diet section n check it out. Anavar (var) is not going to be some magical farry pill that just makes you super human. nothing will. get that diet checked up and im sure your wanting this for the up coming season so really you have a while before you need to run it unless your wating to run two cycles? im not saying you should do this but if your going to either way then ill try and help out. GET THAT DIET IN CHECK BEFORE YOU RUN THE VAR!!!! it will make the biggest difference i promise

yes Anavar (var) can be suspended in in alcohol for liquid form, ive seen it from many sources from TSC. Even though Caps or tabs would be my choice as in liquid form the hormone can crash.
