What is a good first time insulin cycle for someone on cycle, including insulin type, iu dosages, times of day, carbs and proteins, length and anything else for someone around 250lbs, 5 foot 7, 12% BF.
What I'm after is basically a fairly solid guideline to follow to stay safe and gain some good mass.
Help would be much appreciated.
