first time posting pics

diet is good, but i did fall off the wagon a little bit.
still getting between 3500 and 4000 cals a day.roughly 300 g protein. and tons of carbs. wnat to get to my 200 lbs goal then try to diet and end up around 180 with alot less body fat. cause im fat now..lol
 
oh i know im not fat man...just that stomach pudge i never had reallys gets to me...i know im bulking so i deal with it...but it just sucks lol
