First time steroid user and need help choosing which one!

Hi. I'm 19 years old and am wanting to use steroids. I have like 28% body fat. I use to be at like 20% when I worked out for a year with a personal trainer. I worked out 5 days a week. But the problem is, I still had a fat stomach and man boobs. And I figured it wasn't worth it anymore because that's why I started working out. To get rid of my stomach and my man boobs. I'm afraid that it is gynecomastia. Either that or my body is just weird and wont get rid of fatty tissue in those areas. So my question is what steroid should I take and where do I get it from? Where do I get good quality steroids? I was looking on xxxxxx.com and saw dianabol and it looked interesting and cheap.

I'm 99% sure you don't have gyno, you have pseudogynocamostia. Meaning it's just fat. If your 28% bf is accurate there is no way in hell you should be touching any gear. Learn how to eat properly and get that bf down. You need to be less than 16% bf to start a cycle. And your way too young. It is very very dangerous to use gear at your body fat percentage and age.

You're way too young and your bf% is way too high to even think about using steroids. Stick around and read all the info on the board if you want but wait tip you're 24 or 25. You're still developing and testosterone should be at a high. Hit up 3J for a quality diet and you'll be amazed at your results.
 
If you do use dianabol right now this is whats going to happen. You will probably get some noitcable gyno because your body fat is way to high and estrogen is way way way harder to control when you are over weight. Dianabol is going to load you up with water and make you look fatter. Also it is bad for blood pressure and having a high body fat percentage and high blood pressure is not good.


I will tell you right now that if you use any steroid tell you are at least 16 to 15 % body fat and have been at that level for a good 6 months. Your going to majorly regret it. Steroids are extremely dangerous and down played a lot of times. The people who can do them with minimal physical harm are the people who live eat and sleep the bodybuilding life style. And in a lot of cases they still get health problems. But if you take a guy who is already not healthy and throw steroids in you can only expect something bad to happen. Im just being honest with you man. What you really need to do is get a personal trainer again and talk to 3j about signing up for a nutrition program he is a rep for this site and a good guy. Anything doing is worth doing right remember that man. You will hate steroids if you start them in the condition you are in it will be extremely unpleasant.

So then what do I do? How do I get rid of my man boobs? I've worked out forever and eaten well when I did work out with my trainer. But there was no difference physically. But I know that I was stronger and healthy. But even when I was, I still had man boobs and a stomach. Do you think Ralofixene would fix it? If so, where do I get some?
 
There is no drug in the world that will make up for a poor diet and lack of exercise. You may think you're eating well but I'd bet if you got your diet analyzed it would show otherwise. Download a diet app on your smartphone and start logging your meals and calories. Track your macro nutrients and get them in the right range. Do cardio along with your lifting and stay positive! Give it time man. Once you start to see results you'll be hooked. STAY AWAY FROM STEROIDS!!! You think you have gyno? wait till you see what Dbol will do to you. Man boobs are reversable, actual gyno is not.

I think it'd be simpled if you just lost weight by eating healthier and working out. No nasty side effects that way. I wouldn't take any AAS at your age and body statistics, but if i may play devil's advocate, how about G-W? The SARM. Not suppressive, burns fat...

Dude -_- when I was with a PERSONAL trainer for a year, I showed barely any results. The trainer was telling me what to eat and how to work out. So I WAS eating well and worked my ass off in the gym for over a year working 5 days a week at it. So you can't tell me it was lack of exercise or poor diet. I have a weird body, and I think that my body has a problem shedding fat like others do. I have a shitty metabolism. I just don't know what to do and my last and final option is surgery. So please guys, don't tell me it was lack of exercise or poor diet.
 
You said yourself that you were at 20% body fat when with the personal trainer and 28% now, so clearly training and dieting did work for you, you just didn't stick with it. I'll repeat what everyone else has been saying, steroids are not for you and certainly not a solution to your laziness problem. You need to train harder and take your diet more seriously without looking for shortcuts. Surgery and steroids will do you great unnecessary harm, avoid at all costs.

No I'm not saying that. What I'm saying is that I did lose weight. I weigh like 180 lbs now but back then when I had good diets and exercised, I weighed 145 lbs. BUT, THE PROBLEM IS, when I weighed 145 lbs, I still had manboobs. That's my concern. Even when I don't weigh a lot, I still have man boobs. It seems like I lose just water weight.

Ya....death. That shit will cook you from the inside out if you don't know what you're doing. seriously man stop looking for shortcuts. Like I said your diet probly needs work. So many ppl think they eat right but in reality they are not. Personal trainers are not geniuses. It seems like your attitude needs adjustment...and I'm referring to your attitude towards fitness. You need to understand that it's a lifestyle and its something that you always need to maintain and work at. You'd be suprised what you can do with a positive attitude and a good diet.
 
you weren't training and dieting properly then..

To get rid of stubborn chest and stomach fat you need to do this, imo:
Do HIGH INTENSITY training and interval training.. Hit cardio for 45-60 mins 5 days per week, doing hi intensity interval training.
Do HIGH intensity hi volume higher rep range weight training 5 days per week, squat til you puke, bicep curls til you puke, etc.. you need to work your ass off to shed that fat.
Do your cardio in the am and weights pm
Your diet should be just under your maintenance calories (- 10-15%)
NO Sugar!!! , no carbs except protein dense carbs (black beans), high protein clean meats, and vegetables.. hit a whey protein shake just after working out.

Thats just the basics.. do that for a year and you'll get results.. then keep at the weights for the next 5 years and come back asking about gear when your 24 (in the mean time, read up and study AAS all those years and learn all you can so you can make a smart and educated choice about what your going to inject into your body)
