First time steroid user need help and advice on first cycle.

I'm 5'9 currently 156 pounds.. I flucuate between 155-165 never can get bigger. I have a consistant routine( I switch it up and change ) I workout 5 days a week and try to keep a decent diet. I'm 23 years old almost 24.. I also have the dreaded indian genetics. Would like any advice on what first beginner cycle I should try. Thanks.
 
@ 5'9 156 I think a ton of chicken breast, red meat, tuna, salmon, oats and brown rice will blow you up! I know you don't want to hear that but if you aren't eating enough in the first place, you aren't gonna like the results of any cycle you do.

How many calories (of what) do you

us indians im telling you we when it comes to the Gym our genetics suck. We have to workout harder.. we put on fat easier not a good thing.

Im at average around 1800-2000 calories a day 20-25g fat per day/ 50-60 carbs and about 300= 350protein

my diet consists of a shit load of egg whites.. and i have my little george foreman throw chicken breast on it all the time and also protien shakes. and Fruits

Ive been doing a lot of research. I think at my age im ready to cycle.

You're clearly not ready for AAS.You weigh a scrawny 155 lbs and think 1800 calories is alot.I eat 1800 calories before noon.I know babilicious women that are bigger then you.

A slender 150 lb young guy in my gym did a cycle with the cutting diet like you're eating right now.After 12 weeks he weighed 138 lbs and put a whopping 10 on his bench press.He went backwards IMO and shut down his growth plates so he's 5'7" forever and 21 yrs old.

Your problem is lack of food not some bullshit excuse about Indian genetics.I'm 15% Cherokee and weighed 270 lbs 2 yrs ago.
 
I have same problem. I am 39 ,5'10, 165 now. I eat at least 4000 calories daily 280-300 protein. Get your diet together before u do any thing. Dont bullshit yourself and think your eating enough to grow. I find myself forcing it down my throat sometimes. YOU HAVE TO ! The only way u r going to make a cycle work is all in the diet, imo.Esp someone our size. I just started a cycle of test prop, less then a week ago( my first cycle, 10 weeks 75mg eod). Because it has fast acting esters and because I am so lean I can feel it and see it already. Did chest saturday and I still have my pump . Wish u luck. Remember first cycle , test only. This forum is great. Been on for a few weeks. All my questions have been answered.
 
yeah the kids 155 and 5'9 bro.what r u talking about. You have know idea what his body composition is. Could be a thick, top heavy ,a 155 that fills him out- or moderate size for his weight at least. he said hes been working out so i am guessin the weight he does have -he carries well.right...personaly, im 5 '7 and about a half- short in stature but got italian genetics.Brauder in the shoulders, top heavyer type of statue. i weight around 155 too.My weight might differ at time depending on my goals. Note- if anything i could probley lower my body fat % right know a little bit. i got mass on my that i put on naturally.about 2 years ago or something like that-i wass walkin around with 135 pounds-muscle mass was def. gained through eating but a higher body fat % was also.-point is unless you see him-you cant judge. he did say thou hes got trouble puting on the weight. shouldnt be a problem. add 500 a day more calories ontop you diet
with tranning and you will have enough calories for muscle growth. dont wanna up your calories too much. dont want a high body fat %. weight on people that tend too be short adds up quicker then lets say someone who is even 6'1 or 2. Could adjust the cal intake if needed. And everyone knows that-test-is the base for any cycle. Dont go crazy with the roids if your a first timer. see how your body reacts to test first.
~TestE@500 per week for 10 weeks is all your gonna need for your first man. This will help you up your weight like you want too. Eat a lot but eat clean if your haven a prob with puting on weight. If you puss yourself to eat more then you do now on a consistant baises you will get use to it-and become normal to you
Test E @ 500 for a newbe cycle.if you want throw some strol in there for an anti e-keep bloat and water retention down._might not need to if your lookin for more weight_and if you do this cycle-make sure you post cycle therapy (pct) ready. you said you did reaseach -so im prob just tellin you what you already know or heard -
 
also if you cant gain weight-your body is mostlikly in a catabolic state-the test E will make it anabolic-the reason for useing anabolic steroids in the first place

im pretty sure we all understand that by eating 1800 cals a day with only 25g of fat and 60 carbs that it doesnt matter what is body composition is. If hes trying to get bigger hes gotta up that ALOT and get his macros together first. it doesnt matter how serious you are in the gym without a good diet its all for nothing. Doesnt make it a good idea at all to choose steroids to force your body to go anabolic, a good diet can do this.

Heatfan hit up the diet section man, trust me its one of the smartest things iv ever done, some valuble knowledge over there
 
You need to change your diet and mindset...I bet you need eat more of everything.... you never gave your fat percentage..

Anyone who has tracked my progress knows I started a cycle from stats similar to yours. I will openly admit I could have made plenty of gains naturally. With that said, I made great gains because I completely changed my diet and training. I consume close to 4500 calories/400-450g protein/400g carbs a day. Go to the diet forum and talk to 3J. He is the man. Then head to the training forum. You said you workout regularly, but haven't said what you are doing. A LOT of this game is thinking (training) smarter, not harder. All the effort in the world will be lost if you aren't doing it right. Like the others have said, study diet and training, then we will help you out with other questions. Also, I am curious how you take in that much protein but so little calories? Are you using a ton of shakes? Ditch the shakes except PWO and eat real food. Your calories and carbs are very low.

agreed, if your trying to gain size 50g of carbs isnt gonna cut it bro. Im cutting now and i consume 150-200g of carbs daily. head over to the diet section before you decide to take any form of steroid.
 
I meant to that guy above East Indian from India.. not American indian. Trust me genetically we are smaller then the rest have naturally small torsos etc. I will consume more calories/carbs to my diet but I dont want the fat intake to go up. I want to gain 15-20 pounds while reducing my bfp.
The reason why my protein is high and calories are low is because the amount of chicken breast baked or grilled i eat

If you are light and still worried about BF%, you need to look hard at your diet. You have two competing goals here; lose fat and gain muscle. You shouldn't be rail size and still not in the low BF%'s.

Bro my family is from India and i somewhat understand. But you gotta eat. I eat like 8000 calories a day when im bulking.

YOU NEED TO EAT TO GROW!

Get your diet in check before you do anything.Talk to Jammy in the diet section and get set up.

A man needs like 2500 calories a day, your eating less and complaining about size. Is your training intense enough? list your regime.

my advise would be to eat and get to 170ish before you decide to go the AAS way. Stay on ology and learn more
