Im about to run my first ever cycle im 40 years old and just started training my bf is 25 percent at 5ft 9.ive bought some test anathtate,masteron is this a good combination one to start on for 12 weeks now im being told to use test. I wanna lift weights 3 times a week and do cardio hoping to strip and tone with some gains.im so confused now took advice off friends but reading forums and studying on net im even more confused. Do I lose weight before starting or go straight to it any advice be appreciated.
