I've researched the use of roids for sometime now and have just recently decided to take the plunge and do my first cycle. But although I have done the research I thought it would be beneficial to start my own thread and ask for advice, comments and recomendations.
To start off I'm 24 y/o 6'2 and 200 lbs. I have been training since I was 18 and found I have plateaud in the gym. I keep switching workouts but I havent seen a change or increase in muscle mass for sometime.
This is the cycle I have laid out:
Week 1-10 test-e 250 mg twice weekly pining monday and thursday.
Week 1-10 proviron 25mg per day.
Week 3-11 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu per week.
Week 11-12 rest minus the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on week 11.
Week 12-14 Nolvadex 40 mg per day.
Week 14-16 Nolvadex 20 mg per day.
I've considered keeping some clomid on standby but I don't think it will be needed.
I'm thinking this with a solid regular diet some protein, omega 3's and vitamins should suffice.
I have heard of using erase after your PCT but I don't know what that is or where to get it.
What I don't know though is if using regular supplementation like BCCA's or creatine will effect me negatively.
Please let me know what you think and if I should alter, change or remove anything.
Also how do I need to store this stuff? Doe the vials need to be kept in a fridge? And when is it best to pin? Morning? Night? When I do ill rotate between left quad, right quad, then hamies.
