First time using test E. need suggestions

I am 20 years old. I am 5ft10". Weight is 172 lbs. i used to be a heavier guy about four years ago i weighed 190lbs. I dropped down to 140lbs. Within the last year i gained about 30lbs. I am in pretty good shape. I do have just a little bit of excess fat. I am not sure if there is something to stack with the test E that will help burn fat, or would a diet do the trick? What is the best items to stack if i am looking for maximum muscle gain and definition. I have no issue spending 2+ hours at the gym everyday. I have been lifting for 3-4 years. I have never taken anything no whey no pills no test. I just want your opinions and best advice. Thank you!
 
Would tren be a little much considering it is my first cycle? Also would dbol and test e be a good stack for a first cycle?
 
It's not about how much time you spend working in the gym. It's mainly about how much time and effort you spend outside of the gym eating. I would cut down some bf first by the sounds of it and think about aas after that. But when you do do it don't use tren. Use just the test e and maybe an oral kickstart at the beginning. That's it.
 
agreed^^^ test e, diet, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), post cycle therapy (pct), Work hard.... all a must .... n if you wanna run an oral to kick start its personal choice just read around on what people recommend to others

Yeah...don't listen to Sebastian1989 (you're right, no tren).
Dbol will make you bloat and retain water (even with an AI)...a better choice is Var (it has been shown to actually help burn fat off those stubborn areas).
But your to young to use AAS anyway.
 
i see everyone on these site ripping people for being too young for AAS... no matter how much you feel this way most of the time they are going to do it anyway.. so why sit here and harp on that, i agree hes too young but why not give him the facts also incase he does decide to do it he doesnt F* himself up even more :confused:
 
I agree, they'll probably do it anyway, but don't tell him to do Tren on his first cycle. That's just dumb. I know it wasn't you that told him that.
 
he said he never even took whey protein though why not start with that and maybe hold off a while on the AAS
 
I kind of agree too, but we should at least caution him. But I was just waiting for someone else to do the bitching, as I'm 21 myself and can't really lecture the guy lol
 
Tren, test and anavar would be an awesome cycle, but Didnt realise was your first cycle, my bad, tren is a strong mother f**ker, sends your head a bit haywire, well depending on the person!

This is not a forum to come onto and register to, then ask for advice about gear when you have no reason to come here in the first place. Go ver to bb.com and get on the diet/Nutrition section. Start off how everyone had to. LEARN

And two to three posters above all just straight up suggest not only test, but tren and dianabol???? serious?

I suggest research ketogenic dieting, or CKD.

Also a light dose of clen, split with a simple fat burner, 5 sessions of cardio per week (incline all the way up, speed 3.5-4, walking) and learning how to diet, will take you a lot further in terms of your goals in the long run.

No pic, no proof.

This was me on my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) only for over 8 months of no other gear, 200mg/wk test cyp. This was 2-3 months ago, 193 in pic. over 203 now, back on cycle after nice long off time to get blood panels done and give my body a rest, all in moderation.
