I am 20 years old. I am 5ft10". Weight is 172 lbs. i used to be a heavier guy about four years ago i weighed 190lbs. I dropped down to 140lbs. Within the last year i gained about 30lbs. I am in pretty good shape. I do have just a little bit of excess fat. I am not sure if there is something to stack with the test E that will help burn fat, or would a diet do the trick? What is the best items to stack if i am looking for maximum muscle gain and definition. I have no issue spending 2+ hours at the gym everyday. I have been lifting for 3-4 years. I have never taken anything no whey no pills no test. I just want your opinions and best advice. Thank you!
