First Timer Seeking Advice

So im about to hop on my first cycle of tren & test this weekend, ive never tooken anything of this caliber so i will admit iam new to this and am seeking advice on how i should go about doing this, how often, how much dosage and stuff like that. the highest thing ive took is epidrol with t-13 , it worked out pretty nice but im looking for more gains, in definition & strength. My buddy of mine is recommending me Tren E and Test A or E, i came to this site because obviously you guys are much more experienced and knowledgable . So is this calabo with Tren E and Test A/E sound good to you guys ?
 
Tren on your first cycle? Not a good idea, stick with just test. Some of the stickies have good beginner cycles you could look at. good luck man
 
Tren sides can be tuff to combat. I ran tren on my first cycle and wish i didn't. Stick to just a test only cycle before you start stacking especially Tren.

+1. You can yield great results from a test only cycle especially with a good DIET!!! I couldn't have been happier with it as my first cycle, put on a lot of quality muscle that I kept.

I used to mess around with ph's and wish I hadn't. If you think epidrol was nice, give test a try and save the Tren for another time..

Saturday & Sunday - My rest days

Hit the gym for about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. I run a mile or two everyday befor i hit the weights. Ive been in the gym for just under 4 years now, but ill be honest only the past 2 years ive been hitting it hard and been more strict on myself. Ok this is exactly why i came to this site, i am going to take your guys advice and stick to the test only cycle. i really appreciate the advice guys. Any idea if i should change up my workout schedule , or does this look good ? iam always open for advice from more experienced people than i. Also any ideas on whats the best test for a first timer, iam leaning towards Test E . Again i really appreciate the advice ! This site is the best

Less is more in this game i've come to learn buddy. you've got 4 days straight in the gym, why not have a rest day after 2 days instead of a "do everything" day. and try to make your workouts 45 mins to 1hr. This is my opinion but probably others will have a better solution.

everyones body is different, you gotta figure out what works for your body.

if you wanna put size on and gain strength look up max-OT on google

try to work out eod. this will give your body time to recover. do squat/bench/dead-lift/clean and press once a week. 4 days a week is plenty
 
The 1 1/2 hour does include the mile run and sauna after the weights so i would approx my actual weight lifting at 45 to an hour. Thanks for the tip

that routine looks fucked up man. 5 straight days in the gym? and not to mention a total body on friday? so in essence you are hitting legs twice in two days. your tris are getting hit with chest, bis with back but then you do them again with an opposing muscle group. then on the total body day they are getting hit a 3rd time! and those are a couple of your smallest muscle groups. i know some people like doing chest/bis and back/tris which is fine if they are not on consecutive days. lose the total body day man, that gives you 4 days in the gym, not 5. seperate your chest/bis workout and back/tris by throwing legs in between. maybe chest/bis on monday, legs tuesday, wednesday rest, thursday back/tris, friday abs and shoulders. also when people ask for your stats we need height, weight, body fat and diet. and stay away from tren until you are a few cycles in.
 
Any tips on how often and how much dosage to start off with ?

rider said it in post 6, stick with test e or c at 500-600mg a week for about 12 weeks or so. i wouldn't start this cycle until you know what you are doing. a little research and you'll know everything you need to about running this shit, not just taking someone's word for it and asking what you should run because you are starting this weekend. sort of got the cart before the horse buddy. how much test do you even have? think about how bad it would be if you only had one vial thinking that was enough, you start your cycle and run out 3 weeks in?
 
Thanks for all the advice and tips guy , iam going to hold off on this cycle for a few more weeks and do some more research. Im really glad i came to you guys before just taking my buddys advice and hopping straight into a tren and test cycle. Could of potentially gave me major health issues. Thanks again guys

just some advice on your training schedule. do the tris with chest, biceps with back, and change Friday to a day off. or cardio or something else.2cnts.
