Just 2 questions about supplements,

1. Im currently taking 8 of these a day, is this enough to stay healthy and maintain healthy joints?

2. I am considering purchasing this, the list of vitamins and minerals are of one serving of around 250mg, is this list enough for someone who trains hard? If not can you recommend what would be a good dose?
