I started this log somewhere else, but thought I would keep it going here too for further input. I'll copy and paste the first few posts:

So I will be logging my experiences with Primordial Performance's AndroMass here. Don't expect daily posts with details on every little thing I did at the gym, but do expect to see my observations from this cycle. I will post as much info as I can as far as weight gain, body composition, strength gains, and mood, trying to stick with the basics to give everyone what they're really looking for, as I don't feel like my whole diet and training regimen details are neccessary and nobody really cares. I'm on day 5 of dbol, just bumped to 50mg yesterday, and this will be day 3 of AndroMass for me. I'm running the dbol for another 3.5 weeks, then either running Mass solo or stacking in AndroHard. Not sure yet. Support supps are covered. Calorie intake is sickly high. I'm sticking with a lot of compound lifts on a 5 day split. My SERM will be Nolva. Probably going to add the TRS to this, but I think Sustain Alpha gives me the sh!ts. If there is anything I may have forgot to mention or you are curious about, let me know. Let the journey begin!

Starting weight: 205 Current weight: 209. I am feeling pumped from dbol. I'm currently taking it 20mg with lunch, 20 preworkout, and 10 post workout. AndroMass is being dosed at 7 AM and then again at 3 PM. This might have to change though as my workouts are going to be starting around 5-6 PM for the next couple weeks, and I want the best blood levels I can have for my workouts. I am still contemplating and calculating for a third bottle of AndroMass. If I do decide to buy a third bottle, my plan is to keep the cycle at 8 weeks, but have my last 2-3 weeks of the cycle including a third serving of AndroMass or just taking an extra cap or 2 per serving. Guess we'll wait and see how it treats me first.

I weighed in at 214 today. That's 9 pounds in 5 days. My bench and bent over db row strength also has gone up a little.

Weekend update:

I got a little sick over the weekend and won't be weighing in again til Friday cuz I'm afraid to look at the scale, but I saw a crazy strength increase in squats Friday and I killed it on biceps/triceps yesterday and don't feeel sore at all. Today is shoulders and core and I will be force feeding myself as many calorries as possible til Friday! Oh and also, I was a little worried about libido loss due to the dbol, but I've been alright so far, mmy girlfriend stays happy and I want to hump every girl that walks by, age 18 to 80 lol.
 
Now that we're all caught up.
My last weigh in was 214 pounds, my goal is to be up to 230 by end of cycle.
Today is shoulders and core, I won't be weighing in, but I will update any good observations I see from it.

Mmy current dosing schedule looks like this: AndroMass at 9 am, 20mg dbol at noon, second dose of AndroMass and 20mg dbol at 3 or 4 pm, just depends on when I think I can get in the gym. I dose it at 3 if I think I'll be in the gym at 4, and so on.
Next week I think I'm going to try 10mg preworkout half hour before I lift and 10mg post workout.

I am open to any and all critiques and suggestions.
 
Are you dosing your AM with fats?

Good call and yes, first dose goes down with my breakfast shake, which is 4 egg whites, whole egg, cup of oats, 8 oz whole milk, tablespoon natty peanut butter, tablespoon of honey, and a scoop and a half of whey. Second dose goes down with a double serving of my fish oil caps. Should I add anything else to help it?
 
Shoulder workout went good, had quick recovery times between sets and delts were looking vascular which is something I normally don't see on cycle. I did 2 extra sets on shoulder press and rear delt raises and burned out the last sets. Felt like I could have done more workouts but I was too hungry.

Also, I'm trying something new this cycle. I'm using fast explosive reps for my main heavy compound exercises and going slower on everything else. I read an article about it possibly building muscle faster, so I'm gonna give it a try. Johnnie Jackson does it with everything and that guy has a crazy physique!

Also, I'm trying something new this cycle. I'm using fast explosive reps for my main heavy compound exercises and going slower on everything else. I read an article about it possibly building muscle faster, so I'm gonna give it a try. Johnnie Jackson does it with everything and that guy has a crazy physique!

Should be a good protocol, I always train explosive, but when it comes to building fundamental strength it is important to establish a foundation especially with supporting/auxiliary muscle groups.
 
I can't remember if I've mentioned this already, but I am thinking the liqua-vade technology in the AM caps is responsible for my sleepiness when taking Need 2 Sleep. I had to stop taking it, even at half dose, before bed because I would seriously feel tired all the next day.

Also, I came into this cycle with mild tennis elbow, and it has since gotten worse, so I've upped the glucosamine and fish oil. Anything else I can take to help this?
 
I just want to take a second to rant about how much it pisses me off when someone tells me I need to be educated on roids when they don't know sh1t about it.
This dude is on his second test cycle, trying to sell me overpriced gear, and told me I need to be educated on roids after I asked him what his post cycle therapy (pct) was. You know what his answer to post cycle therapy (pct) was? "What's post cycle therapy (pct)?" And he referred to hCG as "this stuff that keeps my balls from shrinking on cycle."
He has hired a personal trainer that follows him around at the gym and tells him how to do everything, and this happens to be the same guy that gets him on his gear and does ALL of his injections for him. He hasn't lined up an supports, no post cycle therapy (pct), doesn't even take a MULTI and he had the balls to tell me I don't know wtf I'm talkin about.
F'n idiot. I was about to sell him some clen too, but now I think I'm gonna trade out all the pills with aspirin just cuz I feel like screwin him over now.

I can't wait til his woman says she wants kids.
 
Chest today. I should have done legs since shoulders were yesterday but someone had the squat rack for drag curls and I got pissed and started throwin up some dumbells to take the edge off and just stuck with it. Hard to tell if db flat bench went up at all since my delts were a little tender, but I got a nice pump! Back went great too, saw some vascularity in my lats, also uncommon.
I avoided the scale like fire too! I'm not touchin that damn thing til Friday!
