Received my non-descript package yesterday. Kudos for their new vial now including a graduated dropped :)

I***8217;m just a little ways thru a test/equipose blast with Dbol kicker. As soon as I drop the Dbol, I***8217;ll start the LGD.

It has been asked on my prior blogs, ***8220;what do a want/expect from the SARM?***8221; On cycle as I am now, I don***8217;t expect to feel a boost in strength or some magical jump in size. What I am looking for is a boost in stamina, mood n drive. Folks react differently to AAS compounds. (Somewhat anyway) I have not been on a blast yet that didn***8217;t exhaust me. I never get that youthful ball on energy fire from a blast. Sometimes libido is up. Sometimes down. Most times I feel stronger. Most times my mood is good but I***8217;ve rarely had that jump out of bed ready to take on the world energetic feel. I work my ass off. Lots of AAS effs with my sleep. I do quite a bit of caffeine. Mostly I find myself tired, achy n exhausted. LGD in the past has given my the boost I want, to attack the day n the gym!

We shall see how this blog goes soon enough

Can we get a profile link/copy paste or details on exactly what it is?
 
Day one. 0.75 mls. Taste is much improved from either of my previous tests!

I stopped the Dbol a few days ago so now just test-c 500/wk, equipose 600/wk, anastrazole 2.5/wk which I may lower now that the Dbol is gone. Ill add some liver supps to my daily fist-full of pills; including fish oil, glucosamine, multivitamin, couple of Prostate meds, and some extra vitamin-Ds

Bicep focus today. Feeling good. Not super strong. Up mood tho
Way too much wifee cardio over Christmas so skipped my normal elliptical.

Ez bar preachers: 45x8, 65x8, 85x8, 95x10, 115x7 grrr
Oly bar standing curls: 65x8, 85x8/6, 75x6, 65x8/6

Ah ha my friend ... that sounds good to me. Keep everything as on point as you can ( you know how) ... and it can be a good simple cycle. You're working hard and it shows in your reports . I'll have to go over to get to view the pics.

Feeling good even tho Im still fighting a cough. Feeling strong too. Busy gym. That time of year! Also note: my *exhaust * is less squishy with the Dbol gone. Bowels dont like Dbol.

10 min cardio - heart rate was higher than typical. No pre- workout drink today.
Cable rope tri: 100x10, 120x10, 140x10, 160x10, 170x10!
Pec deck: 120x12, 150x10, 180x8, 200x8, 210x10!!!
Db standing military: 30x10, 35x10, left 40/right 50x8, left 50/right 40x8, 50sX8!!!

Lots of really strong set finishes! Good times!
 
Good catch! Here is what happened: gym is busy. Im working my way down the rack, trying to squeeze by the guy using the flat bench close to the rack. Im in the zone. I get to the 40s, grab the pair, bang out the set to then realize one of the 40s is mis-racked and its actually a 50! So to stay even I swapped sides and pumped out another set which was not as easy with the 50 on my left side! Haha!

Looks like some cool workout trick when it was just a fuckup! Lol
 
Apologies for the mini break. My cough turned into a full blown attack. Spent one whole day in bed freezing my fingers off. Bad, bad cold. Chills, fever, sinus fire, light headed from PM cold meds. Bitch. Just hunkered down trying to get over this bug once an for all. Doing a Z-pac round just to make sure this crap dont move into my lungs.

Missed yesterday. Overdid my melanotan booster. Always makes my stomach pissed off. Been having this kind of acid reflux/restricted throat feel. Making it hard to eat enough!

Happy New Year to you OD, hope you all are feeling better. Looks like that flu went all around as it hit our house too and just now getting to feeling better. this cold dont help at all either but glad to have a big ass fireplace to lay next to.
 
It is nasty crap!

Afa the LGD: so far so good! Recovering from this cold has impacted my cardio so I cant judge there, but my mood has been predictable up and my strength is up too. It is not fair to point to the LGD yet for these positive effects alone as Im obviously on a pretty good dose of AAS too.

Where I will positively judge effects is when I quit! Going in, levels of everything are building slow n steady but when I run out of the LGD the positive effects will fall away rapidly and become obvious!

Btw: got my PSA results today. All is good! I have BPA so we are monitoring my Prostate health. All is well :) Thyroid gtg also. I need to do bloods soon for the rest of the story. Donation time tomorrow
 
.... followed by a couple more no gym days. Mole removal right between my shoulder blades so dont wanna pull stitches. Couple days. Max :-(
