flexing weak arm better...tips???

The Pitbull is within...
Of course you would flex your bigger bicep when showing off.
Problem is I can't flex the weaker one (left) nearly as well.
It's almost like I just can't.

Is there any special way or tricks to help me flex weak muscles better??

I am sure others have or have had this problem before.

Yeah, keep on doing it. Likely it is smaller for this same reason, you dont use it, so your "mind to muscle" connection is not as good.

How do you do it better? Keep practicing.
 
Pose in the mirror concentrating on the contraction of the muscles. Do it often during the day. This will build up the mind-muscle connection. Also do cable flexes as well in the gym, whereas you will add weights to the flexes, hence making the contraction stronger.
 
Can you explain better what you mean by adding weight?? Not sure I follow.

I make sure to alternate arms so my one forearm is not bigger...;)

I will just have to keep practicing and flexing. It definitely is a mind thing.

BTW - Any good posing websites or a posing tutorial of sorts??

Cable Flexes: Basically what you are doing is setting up the cables so that you can flex with the cables adding resistance. (thats what i mean by adding weight)

I sometimes do Side bicep flexes, and sometimes do the same pose as a rear double bicep......well thats the same way you can flex while pulling the resistance. I find it adds more strength to the flex motion and so forth.

na, im just dicking around iv never had to look into posing, not satisfied enough to get on a stage and i dont have any problem flexing anything except calves because they cramp up in about 3 seconds.
