Its January bulking time. Since I have roughly another month an a half of off time before another run starts, going to start one of these.

Decided to try an see how far I can get naturally with 2 months of straight bulking, then keep this going by flowing into the next cycle. Will put up my bulking diet and sizes when im fully awake, 5am is kicking my ass right now

sorry boys i havent been on here in a while. Some shit came up. Dad went back in the hospital so I had to look after his pets, an visit with him as much as i could. Then I baby sat my brothers kid. Nephew had a cold, so in turn he got me sick... Then to come to find out the little one I was planning on having didnt turn out to be. The miss had a miscarriage. So working out and dieting hasnt been what it should be. Just been bummed out and too lazy. Bought some supps from our sponsors. waiting on those to get here, then going to take it a little more seriously. Starting to come around, sickness is going away. Just didnt expect all this to happen all at once... kind of a shot into the nutts figuratively speaking. Will keep an update when starting and progress.
 
Sorry to hear of the misfortunes man...life can be pretty relentless at times. I hope the best for you and your loved ones.

So far In all honesty I really dont care what I eat anymore. If its dirty or not. I need to pack on the weight this time around. This has been my food intake for the past few days.

Breakfast (6:00-9:00am)
2 Steak Egg & Cheese Bagles :1320calories
2 Bacon, Egg Cheese & Sausage Biscuits : 1000calories
1 20oz cup of Starbucks Coffee : 200calories
Calories Intake : 2520

Snack (10:00-11:00am)
5 Kellogs Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars : 450 Calories
Coffee + Soda : 320 Calories
Calorie Intake : 770

Lunch (12:00-1:00pm)
15" Cousins Sub + Extra Cheese + Extra Mayo : 1500 calories
Coffee + Soda : 320
Calorie Intake : 1820

Snack (2:00-3:00pm)
5 Kellogs Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars : 450 Calories
Coffee + Soda : 320 Calories
Calorie Intake : 770

Dinner (4:00-7:00pm)
2 Chicken Breasts + Potatoes + Green Beans : 800 calories
2 Sodas : 280
Calorie Intake: 1080

Snack (8:00-10:00pm)
5 packages of Ramen Noodles : 1150 calories
Calorie Intake : 1150

Grand Total : 8110 Calories
Drink 1-2 Gallons of water a day also... Yeah I piss practically every single hour.
This is what it has looked like for the past few days. Ive been a eating machine... Dont get it.

a bunch of shit Tony. Only decent meals I see are 1 and 5 and even then they aren't great.


Don't end up like most douchebags who use the word bulking as a reason to get fat.

im not even getting fat lol. I've been keeping track of what I've been eating, This isnt like an every day thing. I switch up my breakfast's and everything so its not just junk food. For the past few weeks i remember everything I ate, got the values from it, Even then I was taking in 5000 calories on a bad day, and 6000 calories on a good day. And Im still burning off weight.

So after recording everything an getting numbers. I range 5000-8000 calories a day. depending on what my body will allow me to injest

thats great. just watch the excess. More calories don't always = more muscle. You know i love cheat meals just make sure they are good kcals.

Not your usual ice cream and Oxycontin with a side of Marlboro.
 
lol fuck marlbro. i smoke newport. and its a habit in process of quitting. i went from almost 1.5 packs a day to a pak a week. so its work. its a nasty habit, and i learned it late. but im trying to quit it.

got some of my goodies today :)

Days 1-29 : 1 Scoop of EndoAmp Max
Days 1-30 : 2 pills daily of Forged Steel
Days 1-60 : 4 pills daily of Anabolic Matrix

Starting today. Going to keep a day by day log. Since people notice the kick in at 3-7 days for the EndoAmp Max. And feel the other 2 kick in at 10 days.

Height: 6' 00"
Weight: 185.6 (had a massive weight drop, think i had water bloating, was 190 a few days ago)
