I am a footballer, to most Americans, a soccer player. As you may know, we run about 10 km a game, which is roughly 6 miles...
Using Sustanon (sust) at 600mg/week, noticing good gains in 8th week..
Question is : how much mass am a going to lose when my season starts and I begin running, mind you I will still be on cycle.

OR do I simple up my caloric intake?
 
I'm a "footballer" as well, I have never used sus, but I have used test,winni, and Anavar (var) but not at the same time. As far as gains you really never said anything about your routine/ food. You def don't want to be all bulky on the pitch lol, you would be slower then shit. It comes down to what your doing and putting in your body imo
 
Our left back got injured and will be out this season. Instead of replacing him, they wanna take me from my beloved left winger and throw me on the defense.

That being said, 5x5 routing
monday chest/bi's 5 sets of 5 70% max
Tuesday-Shoulders/back 5x5 70 %
Wednesday- Cardio/Deadlifts lots of abs and tris
Thursday - off
Friday- LEGS LEGS LEGS
Sat -rest
Sun -rest

Intake about 6-7000 a day right now
All clean calories
60g of mucscle milke twice daily
Gallon of water
No soda, processed, or high fructose, modified anything. Mostly chicken, steak, veggies, buffalo, rice
A good beer now and then.. Mostly it..

if u weren't a footballer i'd laugh at that calorie intake, but i believe it..
