Anyway, I finished my cycle a month ago, and have been running nolva post cycle for that time. I just noticed this lump that has been there for a year, is almost gone now. I cant think of anything that would have caused that other than the nolva

Typical gyno buster routine. People have been successfully doing the same thing to get rid of that type gyno for years. Glad it worked for you bro.

80 MG ED Nolva 4 weeks
40 MG ED Nolva 4 weeks
20 MG ED Nolva until complete resolution, or until cycle is over.

The time frame can vary depending on your own progress. The key is to not step the dosage down until you see a good reduction in size.

The optimum time to start treatment is withing a month or two of symptoms starting to occur. There is some evidence to show that one the tissues become more well defined, it is harder to treat the gyno, making surgery the only real option. This probably takes around 12 months to occur.

its from the glands if im correct atleast that is what my doctor told me, said it was a puberty thing from glands and not to worry about the tenderness it went away in a few months

LOL bro, he knows what it is. Im hoping my nolva post cycle therapy (pct) will take care of what would call psuedo-gyno.

what if you got the lumps form using steroids and you have been clean for over a year and you still have a lump, will it help to take Nolvadex now or is it to late?

I think Needsize got his from taking AAS, and is saying that he believes that the Nolvadex may have been what dissapated it. Supposedly, you can only get rid of old "Set in" gyno by surgery. Before undergoing surgery though, I would definitely try any, and everything possible. Like SC said, some things work for some, when they dont work for others.

I remember when I was about 13 I had a hard lump under one of my nips, but I guess it just went away by itself. I wonder if that would make me more proned to gyno in the future.
