I know this is a very old post, but I came across it today and thought many would appreciate seeing it again. I never knew why I would wake up wide awake a few hours after taking Prami. No I know the answer.
Guys i have few questions
1) if one is taking tren E or parabolan ( tren H ) when must be prami incorporated right from the first shot of tren or one has to start a week before ?
2) And if the cycle is for 12 weeks when does one stop taking prami ?
3) Is it advisable to continue with it all through the pct ? Pct will be tadalafil , clomid , nolva and aramosin .
4) And is there any rebound effect from prolactin after one stops taking prami ?

I start prami right away when starting a cycle. I start at a real low dose like the article says and go up from there. I've gone up to 1mg/day but now I only will do .5mg/day.
I like using prami through pct. It helps with mood.
No rebound as far as i know.

Prami is good stuff, i'll never do another cycle without it.

Well it certainly has some nice effects and if people dose it properly or titrate dose up properly I really think most of the sides that are so vilified are totally avoided. It is totally my dopamine agonist of choice.

that's great thanks , I still have several questions about it. Do I still have to use nolva or anastrozole with prami during my cycle? and is it fine to take it even if I'm not taking progestins steroids like Deca or Tren ? .
Why ppl need to increase the dosage if for example 0.25mg worked with them ?
I really have a hard time to get good sleep I get stress out easily and I thought I can use prami for that reason and of course for the other reasons you mentioned. I had little bit lactation from my last cycle and my doctor prescribed Dostinex (cabergoline) 0.5mg twice a week but I had a serious side effect so I stop taking it. I had serious muscle cramps in my legs I couldn't even do a regular cardio session , hell I even couldn't drive a stick without a cramp.

Post the question in your own thread. This thread is 5 years old, and you won't likely see the OP answer anything you have to ask, as he's likely gone by now. I've never seen Italiano SPO, and I've been here around 1 1/2 years now, and rather actively.
So, again, if you have questions about something, start a new thread about it, someone will know how to help you.. just don't bring back such old threads.

As a note, Prami is also used for Restless Leg Syndrome. However, they found that it could only be used for a few years for that condition before it stopped having the desired effect. At that point, the entire class of drugs could no longer be used for RLS.
Just a factoid I thought I would pass on, as I have RLS. RLS can also be aggravated by lactose (Milk Sugar), so if you have RLS, start using Lactose Free Dairy Products and see if it helps. Helped me immensely, I had not realize I had become lactose intolerant and that is how I found out.
