Forearm kills me after bench workouts!

Hey guys, I'm wondering if it's common to have some serious forearm pain when you're benching heavy.

I mean, it's not TOO serious, but it is bothersome.

The pain is mostly confined to the radius, and it only happens when I'm lifting heavy.

I'm wondering if this is just my body reacting to the heavier weight I've been pushing, and will correspondingly adjust, or if this is something I should get checked out.

Probably, the former, but just curious if anybody else is having this experience.

I've also noticed too that the pain usually comes after I've completed the set. Whenever I'm actually doing the work it doesn't bother me, but when I'm resting the pain is sometimes excruciating.

This happens to me when I am going really heavy sometimes. I have to pause at the end of my set and let my forearms relax. Not sure why this happens. I assume the stress on the forearm? idk.

I used to lift false grip so i don't think it has anything to do with that as it happened that way as well.

do some direct forearm work bro, I use to have garbage forearms and wrists and couldnt even do straight bar curls, trained forearms and now I am good to go.
