i have a fractured knuckle . it is not a displaced fracture. doc says no lifting for 2 months. lifting could displace the fracture. i do not want to lose the gains i have made.. anysuggestions?

should i just work on my abs, and do some stuff for my legs?

you may be surprised at what you can do once you get in there. thumbless grip on benching dont require that finger. squats dont require that finger. back work. .... you get da picture oh wee one.,

fractures suck. make sure you dont mess it up.

if your doc is anything like mine, the no lifting for 2 months will turn into no lifting for 5 months. litterally.

i went to the gym today to test some shit out ..

i am unable to do bench press, but the hammer strength bench press thing seemed ok, but i don't think i can go too too heavy. i can not do any back movements or bicep. i can do side lateral raises machine. pec deck , real delt machine and maybe one arm shit for triceps.

all in all, seems like i gotta say bye to freeweights for a while :(.

on a side note.. my left arm is smaller than my right. do you think i should keep doing stuff for my left bi/tri/forearm/shoulder ?

i am having a hard time seeing what the imbalance is in my arms though. especially in my shoulders.. maybe ill post some pics if i get a chance this week, and someone could help point out me problems:confused:
