Free Diet Advice from 3J

I dont mind adding some fats but the problem is with the added almond and olive oil , im at 49g carbs.

I have no room for anything except fats with no carbs , if you have any idea , im open.

The first week i felt that i had less energy / tired , but i can handle that for now since im a student and

i dont have a physical job. I did loose some weight and im leaner now at week #3

Of couse not but i wont drink a liter of it just for extra fat lol

MCT oil can be found in coconut oil, its great for fat reduction.

another easy way to add cals is to add mct oil to your coffee in the morning and blend it.. you can easily put 20-25g mct oil in your coffee.. it works like a creamer and makes it taste great..

it also theoretically helps put you in keto faster and keeps you in keto..
 
Can I just drink a whole day's protein worth of egg whites if I don't have time to sit down and eat? Example: egg whites 12 oz and 1 cup oats and avocado shake. Egg whites 12 oz, 1.5 cups rice, 1tbsp olive oil strawberries and bananas mixed in... Etc etc

Hey brother just wondering if the enzymes in coconut oil are destroyed by heat? being a chef in my former life i got it in my head that heat killed the nutritional properties in olive oil and thought it applied to all those type of natural oils.

But srsly though. Those are my meals for the day after I work out. I work out after breakfast... So all that goodness go straight to my musklesssss

you technically can.. its very bioavailable but i wouldn't recommend it... you should be eating solid food

Thanks. I definitely get my solids in. I do egg whites only when I'm really busy at work. I work at a restaurant sometimes the only manager and I have to expedite food and run around everywhere so instead of spending 15 minutes trying to down dry ass chicken I drink egg whites and the oats mixed along with fruits and fats to make it a full meal. I add dygestive enzymes to it. I ALSO have another egg white meal when I'm NOT hungry at all but still have to take my meals in. For example, I had salmon and rice at 10pm yesterday... Come 12:30AM and it's time for another meal... Not hungry at all... still tried to down a serving of chicken and rice and wanted to puke... Could be the Anadrol suppressing my appetite... So I quickly went and grabbed 12 ounce egg whites and drank it, ate my white rice with a bit of ketchup and a banana and an avocado... Good to go. I think I need to do it until the Anadrol is discontinued and the appetite from test comes in
 
getting to and maintaining keto has to happen under 50g carbs a day..

Hey 3j , my girl asked me '' what if we eat a cheat meal , what happen to the keto? '' i was like mmm...

Does it like restart? If the next day im 50 or less will i start back from there? And how long should i stick to low carbs?À

And if i plan to cycle , is it good to be on a keto?

ok.. why no eggs in meal 1???

also, thats alot of chicken breast.. over a long period of time you will experience a food born allergy to it..

you can run a ckd diet... which allows for a carb up every 14 days.. but yes, if you eat carbs it will kick you out of keto..

if youre trying to cut its fine to be on keto and cycle

Just cause I have to eat breakfast at work so I can't cook eggs, it's eaiser to eat cold chicken, I could have eggs at meal 4 or 5?

I have my protein set at about 240 g

Is this about right
 
3j, i want to say you have some great info in here! I hope many people read your well thought out information and apply it to there everyday life. It would be a shame if any of this goes to waste
