Weighed in at 202.4 lbs this morning! This has to be the first time I've gained weight while being sick. I don't know where this sudden strength and weight gain came from but I'll take it.

I'm going to be putting in another order in the next couple of days, looks like I will be adding Clomid to my post cycle therapy (pct). I'll be doing the Clomid/Nolvadex combo. I thought Nolvadex by itself was all I needed, but after more research, it seems like Nolvadex alone doesn't cut it. I still plan on starting my cycle March 6th, however, I did tell myself if I gain 6lbs natural by the 6th I'm going to postpone my cycle. It sucks cause I'm really excited about getting started and the growth possibilities, but if I can make some decent strength gains natural, that will keep me motivated without the AAS.

What's up fellas. I'm getting behind on my training logs with work, gym, and school kicking my butt. I'm still not 100% from the cold/flu whatever, and it's been like 2 f'n weeks. This is crazy. I was wondering if it's the exrtra hit my CNS is taking, now that I'm back doing squats and deads. Oh well, I'm like 93% so it's all good.

The hamstrings have been doing great. I have had two basketball games and no issues at all. Knock on wood, I have a game in about 2 hours.

By the way, getting really close to test day, it's like 9 or 10 days away. I am definitely a bit nervous.

My weight has been fluxuating between 200-203lbs. Diet is still going strong. Strength really seems to be improving.

Today was my planned start date for my cycle, but due to my doctors appt on friday not going as planned, I will be pinning tomorrow morning. I was hoping to get blood tests done, but doc gave me the run around. I just figured I'd follow Blondie_Bombshell's post for cheap bloodwork, so I am going to labcorp first thing in the morning to have my blood drawn. Then after that, it's Test time!! I just took a second round of pics that I will be posting very soon. Obviously there is no rush, because I basically look the same as I did 2 months ago. I am definitely a lot stronger and about 5-6 pounds heavier, but pretty much look the same. I think it will be very interesting to see how throwing Test into the equation changes things. I can't wait!! I was pretty nervous, but now I'm pumped.

Tomorrow is Chest day and I'm planning on going for my 1 rep max on bench. I haven't tried since Jan. 21st, when I got up 285lbs. I doubt it's much of an exclusive club around here, if it's even one at all, but I think I'm going attempt to become a member of the 300 club. I'll update tomorrow how it all goes, hopefully the pinning goes smoothly. I love doing squats and deadlifts, but unfortunately due to my lower back, my 1rm benchmarks will be unknown. Like I had mentioned earlier in this thread, I have had minor back surgery. I still deal with a fair amount of back pain, but it's nothing like it was before the surgery. It's been about four years since the operation and I probably shouldn't be doing half the things that I do, but fuck it. I want to be solid!! I want to be a beast!!

I'm also hoping to get all my measurements and a body comp done tomorrow. I want this log to be thorough!

The deed is done! 1 down 34 to go. I'm not even going to lie, I straight up forgot to aspirate. Idiot!! Maybe after a minute of massaging my quad, it started to kind of stiffen up, with a decent amount of soreness.
Oh well, off to the gym!
 
If you have problems pinning quads, give glutes a try. For me it is painless and I have never had any other problems. Watch in the mirror to see what happens when you aspirate so you don't have to twist around.

I plan on alternating between quads, glutes, and delts. The soreness hasn't got any worse. It's just a little tender to pressure.

By the way, I got up 300lbs on bench, all me. I'm pretty sure I couldn't have gotten 2 more pounds. It took everything I had, but I used very strict form. I'm hoping that at the end of this cycle, I'm doing 300lbs 5x5. Time to get swole baby!!!
 
Day 2

I'm trying not to get to down, but I've got a pain running down through my left glute to my ankle. Of course, it's got nothing to do with my first pin yesterday. It's very similar to the pain that I had before my surgery, except it hurts the most when I sit. Before I had the surgery, sitting was the only bit of comfort that I had. I think it may be a continuation of some pain I had in some deadlifts a couple of weeks ago, combined with the straight legged deads I did this Sat. I didn't feel anything on sat, but monday attempting to touch my toes was very painful, mostly just due to my left leg. I am definitely bummed that this could interfer with my training over the next few months. Hopefuly it just goes away, but from previous experience, I don't think it will. I don't see how other peoples bodies hold up to so much more weight, and my spine just seems to crumble.

Nothing to mention as far as the cycle is concerned, other than feeling like parts of my school are seriously overheated. Injection site pain is minimal. It feels the same as it did about 15 minutes after injection, a little stiff and sore. It's no problem though.

Day 3
2nd pin this morning in left glute. A little oil dripped out of injection area. I'm using 22ga 1" pins for injection. The pain that was already there, from what I am assuming is a pinched nerve from a herniated disc, is masking any potential injection soreness. Nothing to report in terms of any physical or mental changes, obviously. I did have the hardest time stuffing down a meal last night. Could just be slight depression. On a better note, I read that there are people out there that have had 3 microdiscectomies. I just can't believe they don't have a solution to replace the disc, rather than cut it away. I purposely waited to start this cycle so that I could perform deadlifts and squats. I thought about just stopping after pin 1, and I have also thought about just blowing my back up and dealing with it after my cycle. Today is back and shoulders, so I'll figure it out at the gym. I will probably just sub deadlifts for something less harsh on my spine.

I'm hoping to get a body comp either today or tomorrow. My starting weight as of yesterday was 202.6lbs.

3 Test pins down, 32 to go.
I was planning on pinning my right delt but it just doesn't feel like I have enough meat there. I hit my right glute but this time I waited about 15 sec after injection to pull out the needle. No oil came out, just a drop of blood. I think it was Cobra_Strike that said in another thread I would look forward pinning, and he was dead on. I would be fine with pinning everyday. Even now, when I don't really feel anything yet, I still look forward to it. I did have a nice pump last night in the gym, but not too far off from what I would say is normal.

For the last 6 months I have been hammering preworkouts. My tolerance has become rediculous to them. I have been stacking preworkouts with caffeinated CLA pills, just to feel something. I decided to go with no preworkouts while on this cycle. I figured it would benefit me in three ways. One, I could get my stimulant tolerance to come back down to normal. I figured the juice should be enough motivation to get me hype in the gym. Two, I'd burn less calories in the gym, therefore optimizing my daily food intake. Three, When I get off the juice, I'll start back on preworkouts. With a low tolerance, they should help keep me motivated while my test levels drop. Any input on this strategy??

So this should be very interesting, I got a body comp done by way of electrodes on my wrist and foot. I don't know how accurate it is, but as long as it's consistant, it will be fun to see what it reads out in a little over 9 weeks. Here are the results:

Fat body weight- 36.8
Lean Body Weight- 165.6 (definitely interested to see this number in 65 days)
Basal Metabolic rate- 2285 cal/day

I don't think my blood test results are really relevant but here are some of the numbers.
LH- 6.1 miU/mL
FSH, Serum- 2.8 miU/mL
Estradiol- 21.8 pg/mL
Testosterone, Serum- 536 ng/dL
Testosterone, Free, Direct- 13.6 pg/mL
If any doctors in the house would like to give any input on these numbers, feel free. From what little research I did, it seems like my test levels are pretty normal for my age.
The blood test said that my Hematocrit was high(50.1%), but upon further investigation, it seems to be within normal range for a man. My BUN was also high(30mg/dL, apparently this is from high protein intake.(well duh, I trying to get swole!! lol) BUN/Creatinine ratio was high too(25).
Other than those, everything else appears to be in normal range.

I just took a bunch of measurements, here they are:

Forearm- 12 5/8"
Neck- 16 1/2"
Shoulders- 49 3/4"

I definitely feel a difference libido wise. Funny story, this woman comes into my work on Saturday(Day6) looking for zinc. She is average, late 30's early 40's, nothing that I would normally think twice about, but she has a very low cut top on. This is the moment that any doubts I had about the Global Pharmaceuticals prop were smashed. A wave of sexual energy came over me, which was damn hard to control. It felt mutual though, as I positioned my body as close to her breasts as I could without having the cops called on me. lol I felt like I had Jenaveve Jolie or Jamie Eason next to me. My heart was racing like crazy, my body got hot, and the worse part, I got semi wood(not good with dress pants and loose underwear). It took me ten minutes to recover. lol I thought I was going to have blue balls. lmao (I didnt though)

Nothing really worth mentioning physically, but I have high hopes for todays chest workout.

6th test pin and 2nd HCG shot this morning.
I am in a little battle with some face acne, it's really nothing though. I am just being more proactive about keeping my face clean and putting a little tooth paste on potential problem areas at night. So no big deal yet, just a couple small pimples. No body acne yet, not really sure when that usually hits. Libido is noticably increased, and controlable for the most part. I haven't had sex though in about 2 months, so if any bros know a "good" girl that's dtf in northeastern Ohio, hook it up, don't be stingy. lol I just dont have time to go out and find someone, and I dont want to be "that guy" at the gym, but it is hard, my gym has some dimes. Sometimes a nickel will do though. lol :destroy:
I have had some strength increase, but I don't know if I would have had it without the Test. It appears I have put on some water weight, I weighed in at 207lbs this morning. I haven't weighed over 205lbs in my life.

I"ll probably just update the training log at the end of the week again.
