fruit?

ok so alot of the diet plans i see have no fruit listed. so my question is whats peoples stand on fruit? personally i cant go without it.
 
an apple is about less then 50 calories

a banana is about 100

an orange isn't any more then that either...

these things are not gonna have a grand impact on your diet... even if your cutting... keep it in moderation and have your fruit...

but remember too much fructose and ur insulin will spike
 
i eat blueberries/strawberries/banana in a smoothie once a day. Awesome. Makes me feel refreshed, great for hangovers or blah days. You can still cut with them, and the anti-oxidants are great for a once a day deal IMO.
 
been a long time since i have come accrossed one of those rare gems of fruit.

i must sau though i do really love fruit the real kind. lol

my usual intake of fruit consist of either half a melon, bag of cherries (non virgin) or a pint or so of blackberries/raspberries.
