Fruits while cutting

Hey guys. Whenever I'm hungry and I don't want to make a shake/dig up some meat, is it okay to eat some fruit while cutting? I mean, sure there's sugar and w.e. but I'm sure a bit won't affect my cutting too much?

Any help would be great. :wiggle:
 
I read over at intensemuscle that fruit before a workout is beneficial.

Pre workout i always have an apple w\a shake and its something lite that wont bother me durring a workout
 
Yeah, I always eat tons of fruits before I workout and a bit after I lift, but I'm talking about like at night, say 9:00PM.
 
I wouldn't eat fruit that late. When cutting, the only time I would eat fruit is in the morning, or pre and post workout.
 
I still have 1/4- 1/3c. berries in the morning with oatmeal until 2 weeks out. never caused any issues gettng lean enough.
 
After reading those threads from the other forum, I am thinking about trying to cut out the other carbs I've been having and making fruits the majority of my carbs for the day. I will probably be eating grapefruit a lot as well as blueberries and strawberries.
 
winter here's the deal on fruit imo bro.

if you just want to be a lean guy with bf% between 8-12%, you can easily eat fruit in the morning and through early afternoon imo. maybe even into the evening depends on how your body reacts to it. i like to replace the bad carbs with fruit while cutting and quit the fruit by 3 or 4 pm.

i can always get lean and still eat a moderate amount of fruit.....

that said, you also have other perspectives, say from a bodybuilder who wants to get lean enough to compete. they may say no fruit at all....just know that they have different goals than most of us and come from a different perspective than most of us.

i say go ahead and eat fruit if you want, just don't eat bad carbs and maybe cut it out in the early afternoon. so many different approaches work it is hard to say.
