Nips are a little itchy, fat underneath tender although not like needles poking me. Is 20 mg/day of nolva going to be enough? i'm on 100mg eod prop, 200/wk enan.

You're at between 500 and 600 mgs per week. Unless you're really gyno prone, I'd think that 20-30 mgs of nolva would be good enough. You may just be irritated, but you can't be too safe.

Last night was my second dose at 20 mg. I waited out the tenderness for a few weeks, hoping it would go away but it didn't.

How long should it take to start seeing results/relief?

clomid will work its not as great as tamoxifen but it will only help though u may like watching oprah and crying with dr phil....oh wait you already do those things so i guess its fine..
