Fucking inured mid blast...again!

first time ever, two months ago tore my shoulder /bicep doing flat bench db presses. think it hurt more mentally than physically. feel for you dude, as most of us are so damn dedicated to what we do.
maybe start a log about tb500 during the process.
as above , great time to smash those wheels!!

I would try to avoid surgery if it is an option. I've only heard horror stories about surgeries (mostly back). Goodluck to you and I hope things are swift to recover.

Yeah. I have 3 herniated discs and they wanted to do surgery. I said Fuck no. Most back surgeries end up worse than when they started. I tried to set up an appointment with a specialist, but they said my insurance prob won't cover it since it happened at work (the shoulder injury), so now I have to sue. I don't want to deal with all that legal bs, but I have enough debt as it is. I'm not going for more for something that was their fault. Fuck...this sucks. Thanks guys. This forum has kept me from losing my shit the last few days.

Well I would pursue the lawsuit. My father ruptured a disc at work and didn't file a report and now he is on disability after being fired from not being able to work. If he had, we would have probably been okay. He now has limited mobility in his lower back due to a fuse that barely reduced the pain.

I wish you the best and hope your recover enough without surgery. And if you have surgery I hope it goes well!

the injury is the easy part, the mind games that come along with it are the problem. nothing worse than wanting to do something but knowing you cant

ESPECIALLY when it's something I love doing so fucking much. Not too mention having to have my girl help me shower, cook, clean, fucking everything. I'm already losing my mind. I need my tb500!

Bro, my calves are already nicer than they have ever looked. I got that nut sac look in them. Lmao. I still haven't seen the specialist for my shoulder. My work keeps fucking me around about giving me the workmans comp info and my insurance won't cover it cuz it happened at work. I talked to an attorney today. It looks like I'm going to have to sue which I wanted to avoid. Tb500 should be here within a week though so I'm excited about that, but I'm not going to start it until I know I don't need surgery. Thanks for checking in with me. My quads/hams are already reacting really well to the multiple training sessions. It hasn't even been a week yet, but I can tell it's going to look great in the time I take to heal. This is going to help a lot with my contests this year cuz that was my main issue was my legs. I've always had an issue growing them. I'm sure the gram of test and 525 of npp is helping them grow too. Lol

Haha good stuff man.

Two or more years ago someone told me "Everyone goes too light on calves - pussies."

Standing leg press at my gym, you see grown-ass men doing 4 plates total - seated like two, maybe three max. Those guys are likely strong enough to do 15-20 reps with double the weight, they just don't like the pain. But calves (and abs) are full of slow twitch muscle, they won't grow unless you force them too.

My calves are nothing to write home about (yet) but I definitely doubled their growth rate when I started manning up and loading on the weight.

Same here. I always had tiny calves until the last few years. I looked like I didn't even train legs. Lol. I'm getting there though
