Full Body/Colon Cleanse Anyone???

Just looking for your opinion on the best cleanser out there, kinda like those 7 day cleanse deals. Looking for a full body cleanse not to pass a drug test or anything but just to fully cleanse my colon, liver, kidneys, etc. Does anyone know of a good supplement system for this? Im thinking of doing this before a long cycle and after pct of a long cycle to keep everything fresh and as clean as possible. Especially something strong in the colon area would be extra nice. Any ideas or opinions on products or systems that actually work? Thanks!

i just finished a full body cleanse - its an 11-day thing, from Isagenix. its rather expensive, but you get 2 bottles of juice, powder for shakes, pills, and these little snack things to eat while you cleanse. each day is a little different for schedule. but its good and it works. i have lots of friends who have also done this one. myslef - i lost 10 lbs and kept it all off afterwards. so has everyone else. i would recommend also buying these pills with it called isaflush - they are extra $ but it helps you crap, as you may get a little constipated on certain days.

the colon cleanse is a scam. They've done autopsies and they don't see any buildup in the colon. It is basically a ton of fiber in the 'cleanse' stuff and what you shit out is mostly the colon cleanse itself (mixed with whatever you ate and bacteria as usual, of course).

Yeah, thats what i was kinda thinking. Just looking more for something to help prep my body before a cycle especially one including orals and something to take after a cycle to help cleanse again. Kinda like an engine flush before cycle and after cycle. Any ideas or am i over thinking this? Maybe just a liver cleanse before and after cycle? I know liver cleanses like liv-52 and others are a waste while taking the orals and best used after taking an oral aas. Most people make the mistake by taking the liver cleanse while taking the methylated oral at the same time but thats not how it works. Thanks!

If you want something intense and super cheap, try a salt water flush for a few days in a row.

Basically, don't eat for 8 hours, then take 1 litre of warm water with 2 big tablespoons of sea salt mixed in. It tastes like hell but, after you drink it up, you wait about and hour and then it just comes gushing through you taking anything in its way. It CERTAINLY cleans out your digestive system and is also supposed to clean out your liver and kidneys.

Google "salt water flush" for more details and accounts.

sounds good but wouldnt that be to much sodium, and an excessive amout of sodium will make u more bloated

My sister is a nurse and said the same thing. They give people having Colon surgery a product called "FLEET" that cleans one completely out before surgery. Its like $15 and youre done in one day.

Lots of peeps get dependent on these cleansers if they use em too often.

they put a ton of Psyllium, which contains very high amounts of soluble fiber in their stuff, and tell people they are eliminateing "colon plaque"

a great cleanser: beats.
make beat soup, puree it in blender, drink a cup before bedtime, and a cup in a.m.
... and make sure you have access to a bathroom!
