3k clean calorie diet will be increased to 4k on cycle
Have spent over a year reading and learning about AAS

Clofert 50 - Clomid
Anabrez/Armotraz ***8211; Arimidex - Which one do you think is best?

Cycle

Week 1- 10 Sustanon 250 @ 500mg pw (250mg x 2 days per week)
Pregnyl (hcg) @ 500iu pw (250iu x 2 days per week)
Arimidex @ 0.5mg EOD

Week 11- 13 Off to USA 2 days after last jab

Week 14 + Commence post cycle therapy (pct) on return from USA 3 weeks after last jab

Day 1 Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
2-9 Clomid 100/50mg + Nolvadex 40mg
10-21 Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg

Syringe/Needles

2ml Syringe
Green needle to draw
Blue needle to shoot

Additional supplements

Animal Flex ***8211; joints
Multivitamin
Vitamin B5 ***8211; prevent acne
3g Omega
Glucosamine

Couple things I would like your opinion on

1) The pregnyl I am not sure whether to start in week 1 or week 3, any thoughts? Also twice a week or EO4
2) Am I right in saying Adex is only worth taking if I notice bloating?
3) Days 2-9 should clomid be 100 or 50mg?
4) Can I start post cycle therapy (pct) 4 weeks after last sust jab? (that way I can extend my stay in USA)
5) Anabrez/Armotraz ***8211; Arimidex - Which one do you think is best?
6) Any general thoughts would be much appreciated

Bro if I were you I would hold onto the gear for another year and eat! At 145 Lbs you still have a lot of growth to do before you start any AAS. IMO

sure u can go natty a little longer but if u dont go 12 weeks on sust.Start the post cycle therapy (pct) 3 weeks after last poke,u can start adex even at .25 eod and raise it if needed u prob will needed it

Do you recommend I start adex from day one of my cycle? I was thinking to go 12 weeks but now its too late. I am planing to start on Tues (pining Tues & Fri) so my last jab will be on a Friday 3 days before I jet off to the US.

Also have you heard of either of those brands? From UP not sure which to go for...

to be on the safe side of estro control ya start it week 1 at a small dose and go from there.I never heard of the gear u have but there are bros here that know every kind of lab thats out post pics and u will get your anwser

Thanks, I've uploaded the files of my sust. But I havent got the adex yet. I was under the impression that I wont need to start till around week 2. A mate told me he tried Anabrez and got insane sweats and hot flushes (he said this means that it's real), is this supposed to happen?

everyone reacts to aas differently some need the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) some dont if u want to wait till weeks 2 to start the adex u can there are no rules for this shit just gotta see how u feel

Will do, i'll go for the mid range adex which is Armotraz. This shit is so expensive here in the uk! Crazy

As for the HCG, when do you think I should start? I cant do it after the cycle because ill be away, so running it on cycle..

from the research ive done i dont think Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is needed for a test only cycle if u run 19 nors then yes I would use hcg.Some may think im wrong this is just my opinion Im hoping some of the big dogs come in here and help out alittle with this question....will it hurt to use no, it will help with testicular shrinkage

diet id say is good, dont know how but i gained 6lbs last week....completely baffled how, i weighed myself 3 times upon waking up on an empty stomach to confirm!

had my 4th jab today but ive been ill as f*ck all week havent trained and diet has been piss poor. so gutted after gains last week to have such a sh*t week! gonna try hit the gym tmo do a quick full body and get back on it on monday. diet is gonna be back on track too.

hcg wise im waiting for my bac water, theyre taking ages... hopefully start next week so that would be mid week 3 of cycle...should be ok?

im interested in how this cycle went bro im using same gear same length of time and currently 4 shots in with no results!!! im worried the gear is bunk..
