Hello everyone. I'm looking to drop 50 pounds by March 2014. I believe its possible. So any and ALL suggestions are welcome.
I'm 53 yrs old. In good shape. My weight now is 320. I'm 6'3, and I carry the weight well. Everyone says I look like about 280. I'm doing about an hr of cardio (Treadmill) per day. Or at least 4 times per week. I've "experimented" in the past, but I'd like more varied opinions. I had a COMPLETE physical in March, which was passed with flying colors, to my surprise.
My goal is to become a MASTER'S PRO before the end of next year. I believe I can do it, but just not solo. I AM SERIOUS, so please help.
One stumbling block is that I work graveyard, which really drains me and reeks havoc on my eating.
I await your responses bodybuilding forum.

I must apologize. I haven't won any...YET. I've placed, ok. But I do believe I can get to the level of Master's Pro with proper nutritional advice.

you realize you need to win a regional show and qualify for nationals. then win a national level show to become a pro. quite a journey ahead of you, but good luck

YEP! My goal is to compete in March 2014 @ San Diego Championships. I thought all I needed to do was place second or higher to be eligible for a National show. I could be wrong, but I still do believe I can get there. A TALL TASK INDEED. But that's the beauty of it! Starting my contest diet now. Going to Low-carb for 3 days, then High-carb 1. I've got about 30 lbs to drop. Any gear advice would be appreciated. Thanks to you and everyone here for reading.

Well, I placed 2nd OPEN SUPERHEAVY 5 yrs ago in CONTRA COSTA. Heck, there was only 2 people. And 3rd in Masters over 40. But I was told because of 2nd place finish, I was eligible for USA. Didn't do it, Of Course. But my "supplementation" is out of whack and not consistent. I'm hoping to find the info needed, here. Thanks, in advance for your help.

I've recently received an email of a possible source. How might I research it or contact someone to find out if they're legit. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY.

your asking for a source check.. posting the same thing 3 times in a row will not give you better chances at an aswer.. you are breaking the rules here... please dont do something that will get you banned..

if someone contacted you by email chances are its a scam.. buying online is very dangerious and dealing with illegal drugs comes with its risks.. i am closing this thread.. please be smart about what you do
