Gave blood feel a shit load better

So I have been on a small ammount of EQ considerably 300mg e5d but I was feeling a little lethargic. So I thought to myself maybe if I give blood Ill feel better and what a difference. I went in and my Iron transfer saturatio level was 49%. For men this tranfer level maxes out at 50% and at 51% is nit good so I was 2% points away from not good. I was feeling tired and lethargic no energy even dreading the gym belive it ir not. Now the same side effects of low iron are the same as high iron. So by default was my rbc high? Dont know.....but

Today I feel like a million bucks and I was with in my window to check my blood anyways from using eq but it goes to the bigger picture that we are all different and our bodies react differently. While some people do not have issues ir sides others can have an acute reaction to some AAS even at a co sidered low dosage.

Moral of the story keep ur eyes on your blood work. Its better safe than sorry.

Thats good glad u feel better thx for your advice last time I was gonna donate but I did those blood tests u told me about. My bloods came back normal so I didn't but its something I will always keep an eye on.

Glad to hear you're feeling better. For some reason I thought you had disappeared, I can't recall seeing you around recently.

High iron doesn't always mean a high RBC/hematocrit, but it's very likely. I too feel a ton better a day or two after donating. Thanks for sharing man! :D

Thanks for the concern brother but work has me tide the hell up. The practice has been booming. Sometimes I dont get home till 9pm after work amd the gym amd like I said I had been feeling like uterable shit lol. But again thanks kaname.

Last time I tried to donate, they gave me so many damn tests and refused me. My BP was a lil high and the Red Cross would not do it. I gutta try again now that I got it lower.

I'm going to spin my own blood here in a few days. If my Hematacrit is too high I'll "Donate" a pint...a lame 1 time self induced condition prevents me from being able to actually donate...

Hell, if I could easily get rid of a pint every 2 months or so, i'd do it. Last time, had to have phlebotomy at Dr. office and the insurance I have sux and cost me an arm and a leg. My hemocrit was so high they took 2 pints from me in 3 days!

30cc's/oz, 16 oz/pint=480cc's of blood/ pint. At 3mls/day for 160 days that would be 1 pint in about 4 months...
But drawing 3cc's/day for 4 months would build massive scar tissue. So I'd just get a 17g pin attached to a syringe, venipuncture the Brachial on either arm and let it drip into ur favorite 1 pint beer mug ;)
I haven't found a site yet that sells "y-sets" so that's the next best option.

I am NOT advocating everyone do this...only if you have the background req to do it correctly.

They have to screen you...for high BP a simple Beta Blocker will drop ur BP enough to donate. Or even Viagra and Cialis will drop it to since they are vaso dialators.
you can get beta blockers from TONS of online pharmacies too...they are also used by pistol and rifle shooters during comps cuz their heart beat won't jack up their aim.
