Current Stats: 6.1ft, 192lbs, 10% body fat, 23 years old

Any suggestions on a cycle you would run if your goal is NOT to look like Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman, but instead a male underwear model (six pack, low body fat, etc)? I understand that diet and cardio are going to be a big part of it.

In the past I have tried using Tren and couldn’t handle the side effects. I am thinking about running the following cycle, please let me know what you think.

Test E 500mg 15 weeks
Winny 50mg ed for 8 weeks
Arimidex 0.5mg ed 15 weeks
HCG 500iu/week 17 weeks
Nolvadex 40mg ed Weeks 17-18, Nolvadex 20mg ed Weeks 19-22
Clomid 50mg ed Weeks 17-20

I would really appreciate serious answers insted of..."you don't need steroids for that"

diet decides if you cut up or bulk up. when cutting to get your 6 pack the steroids main purpose is to maintain previous lean mass [ stay anabolic ] .
not a fan of winnie.
test eth or cyp along with some aromasin and a good diet should work just fine.

You couldnt look like them even if i gave you all the gear in the world, you crossed your nuts, and wished upon a shooting star, sold your soul to the devil, and made a wish while blowing out your birthday candles. You still wouldn't look like them.

2) Do abs everyday
3) Run until your knees are shot
4) Starve yourself
5) be a pussy....

Everyone has different goals or what they think is aesthetic. He is simply stating two extremes to get his point across. This is a worthless post without any constructive criticism or advice.

Dawdawg nailed it, although if you could get or afford anavar instead of Winstrol (winny) I would take that option.

LOL. I was joking. You obviously gave a serious answer and your SERIOUS answer is a joke. ANA Anavar (var) and Winstrol (winny) wont give him a sixpack. His diet will. And like 3j said, there is no way he is 10% bodyfat without a six pack. I'm 5'9 190 with an 8 pack, and Anavar (var) and Winstrol (winny) didnt give it to me chief.
 
500mg of Test and diet is a simple way to get a your abs.
Train properly, eat accordingly and the gear will prevent muscle loss.

Get yourself a good nutrition plan.
