hey guys im new to this forum and jus wanted to get some advice from the vets around here...just to give u guys a backround i am an ectomorph, i have been lifting on and off for about 4 years... i got really into lifting my senior year in highschool when i began to work at my local gym, and i got put on Anthony ellis's program(3day split), which i reeped some pretty nice results from...well now 2 years later im jus a slack ass sophmore in college wanting to get back in the game...i was wondering if you all could help me put something together...i was leaning towards a 4day split with heavy compund movements...i used 2 play basketball but now that im not i really dont want to put that much of a emphasis on my legs...well my current stats are 19,6-1,170,about 12%bf id say..at my peak id say i was around 185,6-1, and around 10%bf...id like 2 get to about 195 eventually with 8-10%bf...i have never taking any type of prohormones or steroids, and i am a non responder to creatine...so i pretty much only use shakes to help me up my calorie intake...so if u have ne advice on that just add it in there..well appreciate ya'll takin ur time 2 help me out...
