getting back in! Need advice please

Hello I'm starting to working out again after a Long break due to time, $ and Fam. Im going to start a cycle in a few months and need advice on what to get. I've taken dB all, test cup,ethnic, sustanon, and Winstrol (winny). Its been years. I like the sus but want some advice first. I'm wanting to bulk up a little and have good lean hard muscle. Don't care for the bloating look and I don't want to take dball. What's your opinions on cycle and what to take post cycle for 3 or so ?

I think you should give it at LEAST six months depending on how long of a break you had. Your muscles will have some memory, but those tendons need to strengthen back up before they can handle the added stress of acquiring large amounts of mass quickly. After that, I'd look into a simple 12-14 week cycle of test with a kicker of your choice or possibly deca. Good luck and remember to take baby steps when coming back, injuries suck!

As indicated above, a combination of muscle memory and then gear...will most probably lead to injury...

Go slow and steady and you ll be both pleased and injury free.
 
Your right, Will do fella's. It has been a long break. Ive been back working out a month; I'll give it another 4 or 5 months. I got the $ now to buy so I'll go ahead and buy it and sit on it until then. Anymore opinions what to get and what to get for recovery? I'm going to do it right this time. Last time I never did a recovery of any kind except a few pills of 6oxo. My wife had my little boy and i just up and stoped cold turkey.

12-14 weeks like stated above, Test Cyp only, maybe add some Anavar (var) in at the end. Get some Clomid and Aromasin. Depending on if you like your nuts to shrink (Clomid),

Test Cyp 500mg 1-14
Ana Anavar (var) 10-14
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD or ED (I'm ED)
Clomid 25mg ED

PCT Clomid 1-4 50mg daily.

Take it nice and slow, Test will take about a month to kick in so get your gear now, get fully prepped. Maybe see 3J here on the board for a Diet, get cleaned up for a few months and have at her.
 
Last question...yep you guessed it. Look I don't workout in a gym. I workout at home. My old gym partner lives way off and is all together out of it. So that leaves me blank on where to start. Do I just do trial and error and loose lots of $$$ in process or is there someone that can give me a good place to start!

What are you referring to? You need work out suggestions? Cycle suggestions? Or are you asking for a source which isn't allowed here.
