Hi Guys and pros there,

I am 24 yr old guy n I am into software design n web development.
3-4 yrs back I was interested in bodybuilding n I joned a simple gym.
I left after three months beacuse I wasn't very serious at that time and had to concentrate on other things. But

in thoz 3 months I did well to increase my chest n biceps.

Over the years I've gained bit of muscles but dont look very curved or strong.

Being a tech-guy I've gained unnecessary weight, sitting and working and have got fat on my bellies and lower

back.
I need to get rid of them first.
I'm now very eager to build a good body but I dont intend to comepete in contests.
I just want to have a nice, curved, lean, neat, well maintained muscular body with good abs-pack, and nice

biceps. Also a good deltoid and lat' is a must for me.....

I dont want to take steriods but supplements are ok, no issues with them, I can have them as prescribed. :)

I was just wondering whether I shd have light workouts to begin with, doing free-hands or shd I start

HIT or high intensity training by doing hard weightlifting and reps. Shd I include "cardio" in my

workouts ?

Can any experienced bro' tell me what do do, how to go about it ?

I am average built.

Age: 24yrs
Height- 1.77m
Weight - 170lbs

Can anyone tell me how good a set of statistics should be for a guy of my age ??
I mean, what should be the proportionate measurement for an expaned chest, contrcated biceps and

shoulders - in inches ??

like chest-42, biceps-15, shoulder-22 ..... something of this kind .......

I would appreciate a proper diet-chart and sets of exercises and their regularity I mnean a good trainig

shcedule. I want to shape up at home first before joining a gym n look silly. I have weights and benches with

me.

Thanx for the help guys ... u guys rockk !!!

I thot I asked for a hell of other info as well ... LOL ...

Can anyone tell me about the info I asked for
the chest-bicep-shoulder proportion ... ?

Try HST or something else that's easy for someone just getting into the swing of things. HIT would probably kill you, until you get into decent shape anyway.

If you're scared of the roids, then just stick to whey and creatine. Take a multi. Eat a ton of food (be sensible about it though) and get enough sleep.

Don't do cardio on the days you workout, or if you do, do the cardio after your weight lifting routine.

Rinse and repeat for six months, then come back.

Thanx.

But still no one with an answer to my "chest-bicep-shoulder proportion" question.

Ok guys just tell me what kindda biceps(contracted/flexed) should someone have who has a expanded chest of 42" ??

Now can anyone answer that ?

wats the poll for??
i hope its not to help u decide your goals, qoz i think both are outta reach...!
but its just me
