Getting back on track one step at a time

Been dealing with some demons for a while now and let them drag me down. I quit lifting and turned into a stranger when I looked in the mirror. But fuck all that pity shit, I'm ready to move mountains again to get back the life I worked hard for. So glad I found this forum to help keep me motivated as I will be documenting my progress each week. I'm 6'5 255. Bf around 35%. Jumping right into portions containers and cardio to drop some weight 3 days a week and mod to heavy weight for 3 days with 1 day rest. Let's get it.

I'll post pics soon.

Welcome to ology.

Good attitude. I personally think the beginning is the best part, the most fun. Because u get to see ur body change infront of u. Once u have the perfect physique theres nowhere else to go and it gets boring.

Thanks and I agree. I hate cardio but know it's mandatory to cut some bf and lower my bp. Had a pretty serious back injury and was bed ridden for almost 2 years. Did therapy for atrophy and now im back in action. Thanks again for thesupport.

I've been doing sprints and running drills along with balancing my diet and its going good. I've dropped around 8 lbs. Sometime next week I'll get around to running a clen cycle to speed up my ********* rate and get headed where I need to be. Thanks for the support.

IMHO clen would be a waste of money right now.

If you have the resources I would look into 3j it would probably change your life like it has mine.

I am 5'9 and started my body recomp in july I was 273lbs and probably 40 bf. I am now 226 and guessing 20bf but looking good. All this was from learning how to diet what toveat cand when and workout properly with cardio for the right amount of time. And I would have never made it without the help of this forum and 3j.

I worked out and dieted for years and and never new why I could make any real progress. 3j is teaching me. Over the last six months I've strayed once in a while trying to do my own thing and when I did I seemed to stop making progress.

You don't want to lose weight to fast. 1 to 2 lbs per week and hopefully you can minimize any flabby skin. If you do it slow you have a better chance doing that.

Lemon does nothing. I find that making better food choices has helped me, also working out 4-5x a week. I drink plenty of fluids and never drink my calories for example fruit juices or soda.
I portion my meals and whatever happens, happens. I don't recommend any weight loss pills. But I have friends who have had great success with Nutri System. That's about it.
