Not sure if I should post this in the diet section or the training session. But let say one is on a cut trying to get lean and he is watching his macros and calories. What happens if he gets to a point where he drops 5-10lbs but progressive resistance fails to go up? Should he consider start adding mass again? My main question is,(maybe a stupid/simple one) is it a back and forth tug of war off adding or subtracting calories over years of training? It seems the old we get it becomes much harder to take it off vs putting fat on.
