Hey all,

Havent cycled in at least 4 years. Getting ready to start my research on my next one. Curious as to what i can take and how long should i wait to start AAS to get my liver 100% tip top again. I have been recreationally using pain pills for 6 months, once a week i have about 2 or 3.

Thats hard to call bro, everybody is different. When I got off of em, it took almost 9 months for my body to get back to 100%, Physically and Mentally speaking. U will know when ur ready, but its not gonna be a walk in the park, but if U want it bad enuff, U can get off em.

Think you misunderstood...i am not hooked by all means (2) 5mg vics a week, like every sunday. I dont do anymore during the week or during the day...so its not tough to get off. I sometimes have something going on and go 2-3 weeks without it. What i was wondering was, what is the best supplement to get liver strong again, just in case.

Many thanks to ur post. I love it.

dude, how old are u? the way u been taking them "recreationally" @(2) 5mg Vics once a week shouldn't really do anything to your liver, unless u drink hella alcohol with em or aren't being totally honest. Its all good man, u aint the only one.
U can get a product called "Liver Formula" from GNC. I personally dont like GNC cause theire shit is way overpriced, but this stuff is good IMO it contains:
milk thistle
turmeric root extract
picrorhiza root
NAC and some other good ingredients to get your liver tip-top for some juice. Take it for 30 days and I think U B STRAIGHT.

Milk Thistle isn't all that great, some studies even say it's worthless. I suggest you use Liv 52, but you should do some research and see for yourself so you can make your own decision confidently.
