Hey...I was wondering what y'all recommend, short of a tummy tuck, to help reduce the appearance of loose skin...I lost about 100 lbs last year (gained some back, but most of it was muscle)...but I still have what seems to me like a lot of loose skin around my tricep and ab area...I train my arms heavy, so when I flex you can definitely see my tris (some guys at the gym are jealous...hehe!)...but still...yeah...it's frustrating...I'm only 21, but I was carrying around all that extra weight for my whole life...I weigh less now than when I was in 5th grade!! My diet is clean, and I drink a shitload of water...damn near two gallons a day...I don't know what else to do...For the past year this has been bugging me...
