Why would you cut your cycle short? I never understood this.

Suck it up and train harder in my opinion. You'll thank yourself later. Unless you have something contagious, broken, pulled, etc then just fight through it.

Seriously though, if you don't feel well and absolutely can't work out then don't. No need to cut your cycle short just because you're sick for a week or 2.

Some of the best workouts I've had come on days where I almost decided to skip the workout.

okay cool, sounds good!!!!! yeah i was going to hit legs tonight but i think i might take one day off today, but yes ill still continue my cycle for sure, just started to feel the test e kick in a few weeks ago and im lovin it!!!!!

time to suck it up and blast some killer workouts!!!!

i take a ton of zinc and vit c and sleep like its my job. like a solid 12 hrs if your life permits and get back to it.

i tried PH a few times and i would get sick and stay sick the whole time i was on that shit was toxic. but test i keep healthy NP
listen to your body bro. and dont be coughin all over the heavy weights!!!

Its a marathon not a sprint.
If you miss 3 days BFD.
Climb back in rested and recovered and start back at it.
You are no worse for the wear.

It is difficult and unnecessary to train through fevers and barfin stomachs.
Rest and come back stompin.
3 days is nothin.

If I think i might be getting sick I can usually keep my workouts as planned and be fine.

If I know I'm getting sick - everything changes and I focus on getting better ... Workouts without all the intensity is counter productive IMO.

A week off to get your system back in sync will make to stronger in two weeks from now - rather than have a week of half ass workouts going into that same second week starting out weak.

I'm not saying it's ok to be a baby - I come from the old school that you don't miss work ... "ever!" - some weeks working over 115 hours ...but when it comes to training, proper rest is just as important as the training itself IMO ... Good luck!!!

DAMN, thanks alot guys, you all ROCK for the support, I did take off the gym yesterday and have been sleeping ALOT, sleep does wonders for my body, rest rest rest........

i have been hitting the vitamin C and D i may need to ad some more zinc in as well, feelin a lil better now its all into my damn head, those are the worst, my body doesnt feel weak or achy so thats good but the damn head colds with your nose all plugged up is just annoying...... so i will rest up, good point on letting your body heal compkletly and then get back into the mix of stoppin the weights!!!!!

thanks again guys for your support! hope everyone is having a killer week hitting the weights hard and crushing all them goals!!!!!!!

wells guys finally kicked the damn cold away, going to pin my delt tomorrow as i have been every sunday, very excited to keep pumpin iron as this is my 9th week into my test e cycle :) :) :) I gave my body a much needed rest and now i feel great, ready for a good week of training......

hope everyone had a great new year, time to start kickin some ass!!!!!
