Getting the Beach Body Back

189.6 still, stomach swelled up for a few hours, pounded 2 20oz bottles of water. Slimmed it out a bit. Weird....
Day: 22
Push ups are killing me today for some reason. Had to quit at 50.
Edit: Elevated wide spread push-ups. Used 50lbs dumbells to lift me up a good 3", makes it a nice work out

FINALLY my day off... my legitimate day i should say. i go back tomorrow. If this isnt good enough for you guys I dont know what is. Cause I dont have PURE dedication to strict dieting. I can only do so much.
Breakfast:
Protein shake: 250/50/9/2
4 whole Eggs: 280/24/4/18
1 Bagle: 230/8/46/1
Total: 760/82/59/21

Lunch:
Protein Shake: 250/50/9/2
2 cans of tuna: 100/22/0/5
1 Bagle: 230/8/46/1
Total: 580/80/55/8

Dinner:
12oz Chicken Breast: 354/66.4/0/7.6
2 cups Fresh Green Beans: 64/4/15.6/.2
2 Mashed Potatoes: 474/8.2/71/17.6
Total 892/76.6/86.6/25.4

Gran Total: 2232/238.6/200.6/54.4
Calories/Protein/Carbs/Fat

I will throw in another protein shake and couple of cans of tuna/and or/salmon in there for my late night meal/snack to up my protein intake to atleast 300G, carbs an fat will go up MAYBE 5-10 grams each... but there you go.

Day 29:

weight is 194.3
Muscles on the arms are thickening like a mother fucker. Im actually quite impressed so far. Chest is filling back out. Still working on the little flab. But none the least pretty happy with the progress at hand. STILL waiting for my pep's getting kind of pissed.

(did push ups today... just because I do them every day now)

Busted out 100 deep Push-ups... like they were my bitch. Felt amazing, havent been able to hit that amount in some time
 
day 31:
Ive come to the conclusion... I just do not have the discipline to eat healthy day in an out. Im pretty much going with now, what ever happens happens motto.

Im working out like no other an im bulking up like crazy, And loving it. The fat is shedding off so that is a plus. I just cant do it anymore. so Day 31... project is ended. Will still be progressing with my original goal tho, restrengthening everything. And improving even further. So will keep this going, When Pep's come in.... "when they do" Ill start a new thread with those and some other goodies as well

I was gunna say hes got quite the cute little pot belly there. Glad im not the only one that notices. Kinda wanna smack it and leave it big red handprint on the pasty pot belly.
 
Day 36:

Been having some serious pooping issues lmao. Its like my ass is having stage fright. Always have the feeling an need to poop, but its like theres no strength in the back door department to get it out. -sigh- I know funny right.....

Still blowing up. Been eating alot of chicken an tuna lately. an yes... vegetables also Will update in 3 more days
