3 sets of pullups x 15, wide, close, neutral grips---super sets with rope tri ext.

rear delt fly on machine superset with strict bicep curls 3 sets

didn't have much time today, but it feels good to be better.
 
my weight is down to 191, but i was sick.

i'm not looking to gain size on this. im trying to lose B/F so i dont' expect my strength to go up...

hell i don't even really care what my b/f actually is, this is for looks, long as i can get down to 5-8% and still be kinda strong i'll be happy.

i'll be in a caloric deficit, and im going to keep my weight training very simple and short.
