Girlfriend new to working out NEED HELP

GET BIG
I would like to get my girlfriend on on a 2 days split working with weights. she has lifted before, but it was close to two years ago. ive been researching different rountines but i cannot decide on a definate one. She is 5 ft, 115 pounds. She wants to focus specifically on her legs, with an emphasis on the tightening the glutes. in addition she also wants to focus on love handle area as well. Not taking anything away from an overall workout, but maybe giving these a bit more focus. Any suggestions, links, and comments would be much apreciated. Thanks guys (and girls) lol.

working 2 days a week , makes a upper body and lower body day seem a natural . preferablly at least 3 days apart . if she adds a 3rd day a week later i would do push day [ chest shoulders tris ] / leg day / pull day [ back biceps traps ]

i have taken a normal 3 day split and sorta squashed it into 2 days. would this be too much volume, or would it be ok.

Day 1 Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

3 sets of each exercise, all sets are supposed to be : Set 1 & 2 15 reps and set 3 10 reps to failure.
Excuse the lack of proper names for the exercises.

Chest Press (machine) 15,15,10
Fly machine 15,15,10

Sitting dumbbell press (shoulders) 15,15,10
Lateral Raises (side) 15,15,10
Lateral Raises (front) 15,15,10

Triceps cable ext 15,15,10
easy curl exts 15,15,10
Standing calf raises 2x30
------------------------------------------
Day 2 Legs, back, biceps

Squats
Leg press machine
adductor work. (have to see what machines gym has for this)
glute work (same as above)

Cable row
Lat pulldown

Standing EZ CURL barbell curls
Standing alternating dumbbell curls.

she would probably get more benefit from doing lunges instead of the machine abductor/glute work. Higher reps with low/no weight for them.
I don't think she needs as much shoulder work. You could probably drop the front raises. Since they will already be worked from chest and your DB Presses.
Otherwise it looks ok.
What's her cardio look like?

thanks for the suggestion barbie, i was actually thinking the same thing about the shoulder sets, maybe substitute somthing else... right now her cardio is non-exsistant as stated before, shes just beggining to get back into working out. Im going to start her slow though so she doesnt burn out quick, most likely walking on an incline for an hour 4x a week, then gradually increasing it to jogging etc... she only wants to actually lift weights twice a week now, so im going to have her lift monday and friday, with her cardio and ab days in between, and then have her take weekends off...how do u guys think that sounds...
