i ahve been working with pullinbigs routine these past few weeks... and it has allready put me past where i was before i was injured... my 1RM on deadlift is now 565 raw (did that this morning
) the state record for my weight class (id have to put on about 10 lbs) 275, on deadlift is 600 lbs... do you all think that its possible for me to progress above that by the end of this summer? its my goal, i know 40 lbs is a lot of weight, but i think i can do it
also, are there any exercises that i can do to help strengthen my deadlift, other than deadlift in its many forms ?
