goals...

i ahve been working with pullinbigs routine these past few weeks... and it has allready put me past where i was before i was injured... my 1RM on deadlift is now 565 raw (did that this morning :) ) the state record for my weight class (id have to put on about 10 lbs) 275, on deadlift is 600 lbs... do you all think that its possible for me to progress above that by the end of this summer? its my goal, i know 40 lbs is a lot of weight, but i think i can do it :)

also, are there any exercises that i can do to help strengthen my deadlift, other than deadlift in its many forms ?

dead lifts are the best exercise to strengthen deads. now if you got a sticking point you can focuse more on that for a while, but 40lbs in the next few months is more than doable. you gonna blow right on by that.

Just buy a digital camera and tape it. Bring that to the competition, lol.
 
i emailed the guy from the APA... and i havnt got a response yet... but if i have to wait until there is a competition later on down the road, then hey all that is, is time for me to set the record even higher :D
 
and yes golden, ima tape it the first time as well... and ill prolly put it on here for all to see :D
