Going natty from here on out

Since I decided to go natty obviously nutrition and proper supp intake is very important. My question is simple, what is needed..... basic supps to take and amino acids?

Just as it should have been while on gear.

Diet, hard training and rest. Protein powders, bcaa's, cee, taurine, multi V.
 
It all comes down to $$$$$

I would use the following:
- Multi Vitamin
- Protein Powder
- Creatine

Those would be the basics I would use.

I really wouldn't waste any money on anything else...especially when compare gains and price.

Just eat bunches as well.

Multi (preferrebly a pharmeceutical grade as oppose to centrum or 1 a day), protein, and Fish oils.

Creatine, arginine, etc. are luxury items if your on a budget, but if you can afford them, then go for it!

First... Do you consume 300 + grams of protein daily??
