Below is a sample diet of what a normal day consists of. Please feel free to give any tweaks to help me cut down body fat before i start running my cycle.
my stats are 5ft 8in 194lbs 15-18% BF.
Thanks again ahead time for the help! **Note i work out soon after waking each morning**
My normal diet and supplementation consists of:
Wake Up - Bcaa's, 25g Whey protein, 1 medium - large apple
Post workout nutrition - BCAA, Creatine
Post workout meal (meal 1) - 4 eggs scrambled, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup fruit
Meal 3 - 8oz baked/grilled ck, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4 - 2 scoops combat (MusclePharm) protein powder, mixed in 2 oz heavy whipping cream, may add fruit to taste
Meal 5 - 8oz baked/grilled ck, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 6 - 2 scoops combat (MusclePharm) protein powder, mixed in 2 oz heavy whipping cream, may add fruit to taste
This is an honest assessment as i am coming to you for help. I train with an old arnold method of 3 day cycles (chest/back,Legs/abs,Shoulders/arms). I personally take an off day in between cycles and continue like this. Honestly being that im always on the move makes it difficult sometimes to always get the proper nutrition, that is why you see shakes in places of meals.
Im looking to cut the body fat without sacrificing strength and muscle as i am training naturally at the moment.
Thank you again and anything that you guys can help me with is greatly appreciated.
