gonaa kill this guy at the gym!!!!

Man if you only knew. I live in a college town and there is only one gym around. I swear I see the same 18-22 year old guys in the gym EVERY day doing nothing but bench and curls. I've been going there for a year now and I can count on my fingers how many guys I have seen under 20 step into the squat rack. It sickens me. But oh well I guess everyone works out for different reasons. I just ignore it.

I like to go up to them and grab and squeeze their biceps in the middle of their curl just out of admiration

I believe we all were there at one point.... I also have them in the gym I go to, I ignore them and understand that they have to grow within the gym..

What gets my blood boiling are the dumb shits who never re-stack their plates. They just load it up, do their sets and then just walk away..

i guess it's just doesn't really bother me that much when I see heavy people lifting. It's all part of it in my opinion. It seems to me like they are trying to get fit, and I respect that. Just because you see them pushing weight doesn't mean that's all they are doing. Anyone who says "just hit the elliptical and burn off fat" is full of shit in my opinion, that's poor training. Losing fat is great, but why not at the very least maintain what muscle you do have? Not only that, but I know when I'm cutting, my lifting can get my heart beating fast as hell, it's a great workout and if I'm getting my heart rate at 140 for the hour I lift, then what's so bad about that?

Next time you see an obese person pushing weight, don't look in disgust, look in admiration because it's probably a hell of a lot harder for them to push that weight then for us. Last thing they need is some 260lb lifter with 8% body fat looking down on them and casting judgement.

JMO, but the dude can't be that much of a fatass if he is lifting that kind of weight. I mean, yeah, he might look fat but how many people in your average gym are benching 500 and squatting 600 raw? I'd hate to know what you would think of seeing me with a barbell in my hands...

Leaving the plates on is BS. Makes it tough as shit for some ladies to actually work. My wife is pissed as hell when she has to unload like 10 plates from the leg press. Think each plate is a little less then half her body weight. Lets have some mercy on the ladies.

Besides the fact in never lets me know when the damn equipment is free.
