I will be doin a cycle consisting of tren, prop, t3, and clen. I was wonderin if this would be a good workout program to loose fat while retaining muscle.
Mon.- Workout then cardio 30 min.
Tues.- Cardio in the morning first thing 30 min.
Wed. - Workout then cardio 30 min.
Thurs.- Cardio in morning
Friday- Workout then cardio
Sat. and Sun.- Off
