Good pct workout

I was planning to do heavy weights and low reps for my post cycle therapy (pct) workout. Like 8-10 sets big muscles 6-8 smaller ones and rep between 6-8. Wanted to see what others thought about this and what worked for other people

i work out for1-2 hours while on.... but coming off my volume goes extremely lower...prob half... but i do try to keep the weights and reps the same

shouldnt you change your work out like every 3 months or so to change it up thats what i heard like if you go big wieght low reps after a while go lower wieghts and higher reps ?????

No u dont have to change your workout when ur off.Just make sure u dont overtrain.Check out the training forum for more info.

you train the same on or and most people soft when off and that is a reason that they loose gaoins and also don't eat enough either

You might want to get advise on your generic training over in the training forum.

When I go off I'm weaker in the gym but i still lower my reps and sets volume wise. i also shoot for 1-5 reps per set for the first two months after a cycle, they say low reps boosts test and I can definitley tell after a low rep squat workout.
