You can do fasted cardio or 25g whey, 1/2cup oats before. Also, 200-300mg caffeine, 1-2g acetyl-L carnitine (30-60minutes before cardio), 6-10g bcaa's (0-30minutes before cardio)... 20-40g protein, 40-80g fast carbs, 5g creatine (0-60minutes after cardio).
I tried Jack3d and did like it at first, but then started to encounter issues with it (swollen ankles, jitters) so I quit using it and threw it in the trash. I honestly don't think you need all that BS ppl try to sell you on... basically all you need is protein, creatine, extra bcaa's, some caffeine (when needed for energy/motivation), and a good consistent diet. We like to try the next best supplement out there cuz we just don't know and we need to prove to ourselves whether it works or not... in the end, you're right back to basics so why waste any more money.
