Good source of energy before cardio???

I still gotta try the N2KTS!! I can't imagine anything else being as good as N2-Amp!

Think ill give it a try to, jack 3d is awesome, but i hate the pins and needles felling i get for the first 20min after it starts to take effect.
 
Before weights it's N2KTS. 2 scoops.

For cardio without a doubt I roll with N2Burn. It has a GREAT profile and I can feel it within 20 mins or so. Take on empty stomach and hit the cardio hard. You're guaranteed to sweat like a mofo!!!!!
 
I did 45 minutes on treadmill over 2.5 miles then managed to work out legs!! I feel Craze kick in 10 minutes and boom it's on. No bad sides and can still sleep at night.
 
You can do fasted cardio or 25g whey, 1/2cup oats before. Also, 200-300mg caffeine, 1-2g acetyl-L carnitine (30-60minutes before cardio), 6-10g bcaa's (0-30minutes before cardio)... 20-40g protein, 40-80g fast carbs, 5g creatine (0-60minutes after cardio).

I tried Jack3d and did like it at first, but then started to encounter issues with it (swollen ankles, jitters) so I quit using it and threw it in the trash. I honestly don't think you need all that BS ppl try to sell you on... basically all you need is protein, creatine, extra bcaa's, some caffeine (when needed for energy/motivation), and a good consistent diet. We like to try the next best supplement out there cuz we just don't know and we need to prove to ourselves whether it works or not... in the end, you're right back to basics so why waste any more money.
 
All though the basics are the must haves, it doesn't hurt to take a good pre workout or fat burner if you read up on it. Just make sure it fits what your looking for. For some they like the geranium effects, and others dont. Keep a good diet and use your supps to aid.
