Good Steroid Cycle for MMA/BJJ

So i am 23 years of age.
I have been doing strenght training for 10 years
martial arts for 8 years and been doing sports all my life.
Ive always wanted to be natural, but thinking logically about it it gives you more job security juicing when you are going pro in a sport with very limited security. So my question is What cycle would you recomend only for less recovery time, more endurance and little bit added strength(not so important) ? Id like to keep everything on the lower end and only cycle before competition in the preperation and when taking heavy training phases. I am just thinking month - 6 weeks of sustanon or test prop and maybe oxandrolone. Help much appriciated. Also i cannot get any heavier.

Is test prop for 6 - 8 weeks a stupid idea with propper PCT ?
should i maybe just go with test E for 8 weeks ?

Ideas much appriciated

weight: 80kg/176lb

strength stats(if it matters):

deadlift 210kg/462lb
squat: 190kg/418lb
benchpress: 135kg/297lb

No prior cycles.

at 23 there's no good AAS cycle for you.

also that's a very heavy dead and squat for someone your size. I'm assuming you meant 5'9 by the way.
Typically I think bullshit, however feel free to post a video with good technique and prove me wrong!

You need to get a diet dialed in Ask 3j for help or any other vet on here that want to help. You shouldn't do a cycle for a few years. If you do remember that diet will be the dominator with weight gain. Most weight gain on a cycle is water retention and that can be controlled by diet and a the proper use of an AI .

Glanced over your post. You said you "can't get any heavier." What's your body fat like?

For advice always give your complete stats like ^^^^^^ above , your BF%

I just did a cycle of test, Deca and Dbol. I held my water to nothing and my BF% at 11-12% and gained 8-10 pounds. My strength is up and it was a good of cycle as could be for ME.

Control your Estrogen and diet with beastly training. Some aerobics will keep you lean.
 
i do jiu jitsu myself..

and when someone tells me they cant get heavy its 100% an issue with their diet unless there is some underlying medical cause such a hyperthyroidism
